I tried to unclog it myself using several methods including a 15ft snake with no luck. I also paid someone from Plum-it that tried his best but kept getting interrupted by his head office. After no success, they suggested next step would be to tear up my basement's ceiling drywall to replace the entire 3" 60+ft of pipe!?!?
