This time, after an extensive remodeling done by a very good contractor and installing a new tankless water heater, I... lost hot water in the whole house even though the heater seemed to work just fine and was checked thoroughly by the contractor and few other consultants. Szabo's plumbing was my only hope, Branden and Tony came 2 days ago, as all Szabo's plumbers they were very polite and respectful to the property, listened attentively, complimented the contractor's work, studied all plumbing system of the house, pointed at a possible culprit (industrial grade utility sink), adjusted the sink faucets' position and the problem was instantly solved! Who knew there was a connection between the sink and the hot water distribution! This problem should be in the plumbing certification exam! Branden passed the exam with flying colors! (Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day. Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber. A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote. Overall I could not be more pleased. Honest, professional work is hard to come by these days, and these folks delivered it. The realtor told him to please fix it, for the house was closing today........ "No show" A person needs to stand by his work. Now we aren't sure what we will do.

The leak returned so we contacted him on 1/3 and he said he'd "come in the next couple days" 5. On 1/10 he said he'd come on 1/11 before noon 6. When he didn't show on 1/11 we contacted a different plumber The worst part? A different plumber confirmed the leak wasn't even coming from the water heater. So, in conclusion, Jim is unreliable and does shoddy work. Do yourself a favor and get a different plumber.

I obtained an estimate from Gary after sending some photos of my job, and the final invoice was right in line with that initial estimate. I was able to get the work scheduled in a couple days, and the communication was great. I got text message alerts of arrival time window, and who would be coming. Once the Andrew and Gustavo arrived at my house on the day of the job, they were friendly and went right to work. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. The entire job took a little under three hours, and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. All the work was explained to me. They truly live up to their namesake, Plumbing Pros!
