To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

We searched Yelp for local business's to help us out and when we called Aubrey and Jesse we knew right away we wanted to have them do the work. They were incredibly flexible and even though they were swamped they offered to squeeze us in at a time that was convenient to us. They even offered to work on Easter!! We agreed and, a day later, I got a call from Aubrey letting us know Sunday looked to have a lot of rain and offered to make time for us on Saturday so they could get the best results for us - amazing!! They quoted us an awesomely competitive rate and were super thorough and meticulous in ensuring our windows were amazing. They are also totally pet friendly and didn't mind having our border collie running around and staring at them from the other side of the window. I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well.
