The most adorable plant loving place ever. I was beginning to think OKC didn't have any good options for the veggie lovers but I stand corrected! Plant is a quaint oasis with greenery throughout, woodsy furniture, & earthy atmosphere to make you feel like home. They promote their menu as entirely gluten free and plant based, which is so exciting for people who struggle finding a single option on a menu. There's a slew of grab-n-go options such as salads, energy bites, raw cakes, & breads. There are smoothies, smoothie bowls, tea, coffee, & booze. Most of what they serve is breakfast/brunch items with dishes that easily can carry over into lunch. I got their blueberry muffin which was so fresh and moist. The staff underestimate the gravity of my decision, but I know this $13-20 spent for this once-in-a-while indulgence means so much to me. That said, have I ever had one I hated, no, not even close. I went and ordered food from Plant on my last day in Oklahoma City and the service from the owner Emma was disgusting, I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend you or anyone supports her business. The food was terrible/poor quality and Emma seemed to be very racist and prejudice, with a smile. I requested a refund for my smoothie because it was disgusting and two of her employees instinctively offered to remake it but I let them know I didn't want it remade; I had already started eating my food (which wasn't good either), and I requested a refund. As a business owner, Emma doesn't stand by her food and service to ensure customers are satisfied, and claimed that her restaurant does not do refunds or remake food/drinks when someone doesn't like it, which is clearly a lie (again, her staff offered to remake it without hesitation which shows they do remake orders). Her service was despicable, and people like her should not be supported whatsoever. If I could give a 0 I would. MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT BELOW: You started your comment with another false claim, I hope you have cameras to see the drink because the drink that was brought to me was dripping on the side and almost 1/4 / a quarter of it wasn't full, very unprofessional, but I didn't vent that because that was never my complaint. My mom and I took one small sip of the disgusting drink, and for you to say I drank half way through and wanted a free drink, again speaks to your disgusting racist character. I spent $84 dollars and gave a $7 tip, spending $91 dollars and for you to say I wanted something free again speaks to your prejudiced racially biased view of me as a Black man. You don't have anything on your website or in your store that says you don't do refunds, and then for you to reference that it says "no refunds or remakes of food/drinks" in your terms of service policy on your website is laughable, this is something that should be visibly posted in your restaurant but I will take that up with the Better Business Bureau and any other platforms that will facilitate my refund for a $13.50 smoothie I did not drink. Absolutely love this place, so much I went back twice in two days! Their drinks are excellent and I really like all the unique add ins like functional mushrooms adaptogens and superfoods you can add to any drink. Also they have unique sweetener options like coconut sugar and local healthy honeys/maple syrups. Their coffee drinks I tried were the super human (10/10) and the cappuccino. I like that this place is pretty close to my apartment and when I was trying a gluten-free diet they did not disappoint. It was very easy to order something that would go along with my diet and I would feel good about eating. They have a lot of really cool stuff you can order on the menu or there are items in the refrigerated cases and on the shelf that you can buy to take home. A friend and I both got some smoothies and although it was very tasty, I can't see spending over $10 on a smoothie again, let alone $15! It was definitely my mistake to get the smoothie that had a lot of natural energy ingredients in it, because later that night I could not sleep at all. My brain was wired and I was very tired the next day. Don't get me wrong, the flavors of the smoothies were amazing and I would love to try other items, but my budget says otherwise. If it's a nice day you can eat on a few of the tables that are outside in the front of the building or if it's a cooler day or you want to just sit inside they do have a few tables that you can choose from inside. A great new plant-based option in OKC! I've been wanting to check out Plant since they opened and finally had an opportunity today. I went for the Sunday brunch a little afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I was able to order quick and find a table for myself. There is not a large amount of seating inside, but there are small tables outside as well and the ability to order your food and drink to-go. Everyone here was very friendly and struck up conversation, even when it got busier. It felt very inviting for this reason. Although I am vegan, I enjoy "typical" comfort food and can eat a surprising amount in one sitting. This is part of why I opted for brunch, where the plates looked more full. For starters, I ordered an earl grey tea with lavender that hit the spot, not needing any creamer or sweetener. It wasn't sweet, but it didn't need to be sweet, if that makes sense. I went with the Breakfast Hash and I was pleased to see a relatively large plate of potatoes and veggies. Some of the reviews had me worried about portion sizes, but that wasn't an issue here. The dish was flavorful, I loved the mixture of veggies with the potatoes and the cashew-miso dressing was delicious. Despite my appetite, this dish was enough to fill me up by itself. Plant was a great stop for a quick brunch. Before you get too concerned about prices or portions sizes, I'd highly recommend you come here for brunch. If you do want something lighter or even just a smoothie, Plant will be great for you as well. I'm very happy that Oklahoma City has a new plant-based restaurant like this! read more

They are plant-based - gluten free - soy free - dairy free locally sourced - seasonally driven -- And they do have some lattes and teas that aren't $14 so you may find something that is right up your alley. They do have waffles but for any toppings they are additional charges. I may need to try them again during a brunch special they have some awesome options to choose from and mimosa as well. Their menu had very few choices and when we all received our food we were slightly disappointed in the portion sizes. I got the banana pancakes and they tasted amazing but I paid extra for almond butter that wasn't even spreadable and was so thick you could barely swallow. It's a solid 3.5 stars, but I'll round to 4. Interior - super cool and trendy. Very fittin g for midtown. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in the layout. They really capitalized on a small space and maximized it. Plenty of seating considering the building's size. The quality of the products are very high, they make everything with the best ingredients, which unfortunately are pricey. They do have a pretty pricey menu, because of those quality ingredients. It's definitely a "treat yo self" type of place, rather than your every day smoothie spot. They do have ACAI bowls and I really appreciate that. Not many places do and they do a nice job with them. Eating clean and healthy does do something to you mentally. You kind of go through your day on a high. Like you do after a solid workout.
