Bad Service. I am an active duty service member and a frequent Smoothie King customer (usually at the SW 15th St/Tinker location), but my experience at this Westgate Plaza location (Store # 5921) has been unacceptable. On Friday, Jan 23, 2026, I placed an online order at 4:00 PM after verifying online that the store was open. When my husband arrived to pick it up, the store was closed, yet I had already been charged. So I called the store, and no one answered. I called the store again, yesterday, and no one answered. So I went to the store yesterday, 26 January at 6pm and the lights were out. When I called today to resolve this, the employee was unhelpful and directed me to corporate for a refund. When I called back to explain, he hung up on me because he stated that he was 'the only one working and could not help me.' I then went to the store in person, where there were two employees working, (not one, as the employee claimed over the phone) and the same employee who hung up the phone, claimed the manager said there was 'nothing they could do' and refused to provide his name, the manager's name or the manager's contact info, which was unheard of because usually managers want their customers to reach them if there are issues or concerns. So my only option was to take a photo of the unhelpful employee and the store for proof and documentation. While other locations (like the one on West Memorial) were willing to help based on my proof of purchase (which I have), but this location (Store # 5921) refused. Unfortunately, I am now out my money with zero resolution and terrible service. I am extremely disappointed and will not return to the Westgate Marketplace location (Store # 5921) until a new team takes over that is willing to help customers. This is only the second time in my life I have submitted this type of review, and I hope I never have to do so again. However, thank you to Google for providing a platform for customers to have a voice when they feel helpless. read more

I came in for the Veterans Day red, white, and blue, smoothie promotion. I went into the store at 2:40pm and was behind one other Veteran couple. The sign on the door said Veteran promotion till 3pm. The 2 employees were busy taking care of the drive thru. When the lady came over to the register at 3:07 she informed us we couldn't get the promotion because it was after 3pm. We stated we had been waiting almost 30 minutes and had been waiting at the register way before 3pm. She asked her Boss on the microphone and her Boss said No. Poor customer service ! I understand they were busy , but they clearly saw we had been waiting well before 3pm and should've honored the promotion. Also I checked several websites and news articles about the Veteran's Day promotions and none said any restricted times that was hand written on the door. Walked in, ordered my smoothie, paid, and received my smoothie. Clean, polite staff, typical service, typical smoothie. Overall, a good experience for customer satisfaction. It has been about six years since I have been to a smoothie king, and the prices have gone way up. I used to be on the fence about paying $7 for a large smoothie, but now a medium smoothie costs $10. Plus, like every place that has a credit card reader, it asks how much you are going to tip when paying. And since the server who is going to make your smoothie is watching you like a hawk to see how much of a tip they are going to make, it pressures you into tipping without witnessing the service or tasting the smoothie. They could screw your order up, but you already tipped. It is a horrible business practice by business owners who don't want to pay their workers a fair wage. The smoothies are already too expensive to go back again. The begging for tips aspect just makes it worse. read more

The smoothies were delicious! However, the customer service experience was bad. Although the store was scheduled to close at 6 PM due to an event, the doors were already locked and the staff appeared to be shutting down at least 45 minutes early. I had placed an online order for pickup and was met with visible attitude when I pulled on the locked door and waited outside. Once inside, no one informed me when my order was ready it was simply left on the counter without a word. As I was preparing to leave, a staff member was already behind me to relock the door, despite it only being 5:29 PM. This is the worst smoothie king in Oklahoma. They consistently close earlier than their specified time online. I went to the drive thru at 8:25pm as there were other cars in the drive through line and when I got to the box to order they said "our system went down we can't take any orders" as I watched the two cars I front of me place their orders... lazy workers and they half of them have an attitude like they hate their job? 0/5 don't recommend this location* if you're in Edmond or North OKC those locations are 10/10 this place unfortunately can't replicate the same experience. read more

This location has gone down hill over the past 6 months. Portions have been consistently below the norm for what I normally get served and the quality/taste is inconsistent. I had switched over here because it was a little closer than the Edmond location but now it's just not worth it. Employees hang out back and smoke as you go through the drive thru. It's just not a good look. It was not so much an inconvenience as it was a rip off. I ordered a bowl at the Edmond location and it was Full with fruit into the cup dome. Super glad that there are new employees. Hopefully change is taking place. For the past year this location has had horrible service mostly because of the bad attitudes and character of the employees. They would constantly be smoking in the back and trying to kill time without attending the store. They seemed quite angry with all customers. I've had several bad experiences where I had to wait for extremely long and they still made me to feel like I was their biggest inconvenience. On another occasion, they argued that I didn't pay even though I had the receipt to prove it. I think half the time they were high on weed, you could smell it. Today I went for a smoothie, and there were new faces but everyone looked mad. No Greeting, no hello, no anything. Even though they are new, they don't know the most basic customer service skills in hospitality. When I picked up my smoothie I yelled out thank you to everyone and not a single person even looked up to look at me. They just kept working with expressions of anger or just a bad mood. Is there something wrong with management here? Why can't y'all seem to train hospitable workers. I used to work for years as a waiter and I used to work in retail as well. Now I own my own business. Business is all about hospitality and customers and if you can't seem to motivate your employees, there might be something wrong about leadership in general. Raise leaders not just people with positions. Motivate them. Also, it always seems a bit dim and dark ambience inside. Maybe add little bit more lighting to liven it up or some music. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at any type of fast food/ restaurant. The girls names working were nana & Bianca, and they were very rude. I come here for their kale mango 32 oz smoothie every Friday. It's my way of rewarding myself for giving it 100% as a nurse all week. I have to tell them to not put any proteins or sugar additives to my smoothie cause I can't stand those two things. The smoothie come out perfect! It's a delicious, Ice cold smoothie that is healthy too. Their large is way too large but I make it last a couple of days. Every Friday you can buy one for $5! Can't beat that! Seems from several previous reviews that I had the same experience. Had been working all day, was absolutely starving and trying to stay healthy. Tried going through the drive through twice and employees refused to answer and take order, seem to have closed almost 45 minutes before posted close time. Was in drive through 16 minutes I saw my smoothie in the drive thru window just sitting there. Not to mention it was not in a 32 oz Styrofoam cup, but a clear cup. Let me very clear Styrofoam cups help keep your smoothie cold. I will never stop at this location ever again! read more

I met a friend here today for smoothies and then we ran some errands together (I needed a second person to help me with an errand). My friend ordered a me a Hiit Fit Veggie Mango without banana. This is mango, spinach and almonds. I've was told it was kale and not spinach, so I'm unsure on that. But whatever it was, it was yummy. read more

I think I have a newly-formed addiction. My friend in Saint Louis turned me on to Smoothie King. Every time I'm up there, it's the highlight of the day to get my smoothie. Anyway, after fighting the temptation, i decided to download the app and hit the local Smoothie King. So happy I did. I went in as it appeared the drive-thru was very busy. I ordered my smoothie: mango kale, no bananas with immune support. I even splurged and got the 32 oz hahaha. The ladies inside were super fast at blending my green goodness. I got to my car and took the first sip: yum, glorious yum! The smoothie was super thick but not impossible to suck up the straw, blended perfectly with no crazy chunks. It made the drive out of town so pleasant. I'm still wondering who drank all my smoothie: I looked down and it was completely gone!! Not a bad experience. I came on a Friday and they have a 32 oz special for only $5. I got the strawberry and banana smoothie and I thought it was delicious. The size is of course huge and can be shared between two people. They have a convenient drive thru. They also have energy boosters you can add for about 50 cents and little snacks such as chips. My order came out very quickly. The menu is extensive and I'd love to come back and try other flavors in the future! read more

Just stopped in for some smoothies. We were the only ones inside. We waited for quite awhile to order. Not one employee said anything to us, so we finally asked if someone could take our order. They said no b/c their til was out of paper and they didn't know when they could fix it . This was kind of frustrating because they could have told us when we first arrived instead of wasting our time. My husband asked if they were ever planning to tell us they couldn't take an order. The employee said "no, I thought you would have heard us talking about it". Seriously? She had no clue if it would be 5min or an hour. She said the drive through was working, but then said it wasn't. We got the Island Impact and Yogurt D-Lite. There are 3 different sizes 20oz, 32oz and I can't imagine needed the largest but it exists! We found the island impact to be very sweet but the yogurt d-light was just as expected. Overall great place to get a meal replacement smoothie for around the same price as a small Starbucks frapp it's def a healthier option. They have a drive thru and tons of options of smoothies and add-ons if you want energy stuff added or more protein. read more

Smoothie king is my favorite smoothie place however this is the absolute worst location although it is only 10 minutes from my house I would much rather go to the location that is 30 minutes away. I've been coming to this location for years however but not anymore every time I have been here this same girl who works there is completely rude to any question I ask and usually groans when I say I need a minute for my order on top of that 95 percent of the times ive been here in the last year they have messed up my order not just a little bit completely I don't have that complicated orders and usually only order one smoothie.
