Very kind staff and quick service. The space is incredible. Lots of different pockets of seating. From couches to tables and chair. Very comfortable. They also have what looks like some conference rooms you can reserve and a coworking space. This place is very versatile. I got the chestnut Christmas drink and I did not really like it. It was too sweet for me, but really it's my fault. I don't love sweet coffee and I went for it anyways. I have a feeling if I told them that I did not like it they would have gotten me something new, but I didn't feel the need for more coffee. BUT if you love sweet coffee then you'll love the drink I got! I come to this area of the city about once a week and I can't wait to come back and try something a little less sweet. Ordered a iced pumpkin spice latte this morning. There was no flavor at all. Couldn't even taste the pumpkin. When I went to say there was no pumpkin in it, they made us pay extra for an extra squirt of flavor. So, basically, I had to pay extra for my coffee to taste like it was supposed to taste originally. Total rip off. Never coming back. Reply to the business owner: If you admit you had to add quite a bit of syrup to fix the drink you made, then that is a reflection on how well you made the drink to begin with. The fact that you deflected the issue, and tried to flip it back on the customer is validating that your business deserved one star. Very sad. Do better. Have a fabulous day :) read more

Love the coffee. Love the people. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and eager to help you find the perfect cup of joe! I also love that it's the perfect place to work. You can rent one of the private rooms by the hour or get a membership. If you don't luck up on a private spot, sitting at one of their tables is equally as nice! The only thing I don't love is that you have to access the menu online if you're using the drive through and sometimes the link doesn't load! And sometimes it's a bit of a wait too! Looks like they have small Break out rooms for meeting which looks cool and plenty of indoor seating. I've only been here once, but I really enjoyed the caffeine free drink items to choose from. I got the Italian cream soda and you get choose the syrup flavor and really customize your drink. Uhh that was such an amazing drink! I really can't believe how good it was. Ingot peach and raspberry syrup in my drink and it was so tasty. They have a few small rooms you can study in which is nice. You can rent them too, but if they are free you can study in them all you want. It's a nice environment to study in and it relatively quiet. They have a large area with lots of tables. Some of the study rooms have large windows and the ones on the inside are more private with no windows. If you are in a rush, don't worry, they have a drive thru. Facing a long drive back to Texas, I visited The Underground to order the biggest baddest coffee available. We were grabbing drinks to go, but the interior at the Underground looked to be spacious with tons of good seating and nice vibes and decor. This shop also features a drive-through, and it was clearly bustling when we visited. My son enjoyed his iced mocha, but I did not love my large quad shot latte. The espresso not remarkable, and it came through a bit bitter and unbalanced compared to what I would hope for from a top craft coffee shop. Overall, it was a good experience with good service. For best results, you should probably stick to a sweet flavored drink that is not so expresso-forward. read more

I really want to give this place five stars, I do love their coffee. Sometimes it's a little too sweet for me and my wife, but that's the kind of treat I want sometimes. Staff is always nice and polite as well, never had a bad experience with them. However, the reason I have to do four stars is because of the wait. Like seriously are you out plucking the coffee beans to make this? 20 minutes for a morning coffee while trying to get to work just isn't cutting it for me. Sweet little hometown coffee shop. It's a bit out of the way, but worth finding. It doesn't feel commercialized or franchised (although they have multiple locations). It's casual and family friendly. The drinks are tasty. Some fresh-made sandwiches are available, but I think the rest of the food options are packaged. There some smoothie options and please, please, I beg of you, for the love of all that is good and sacred, please TRY THE MASALA CHAI!! I couldn't even count the number of coffee shops that off er chai from a powder or, if you're lucky, a concentrate. This coffee place in Midwest City is definitely my go-to when I'm back in the city. It's cozy, has amazing coffee, and the service is great. "That one drink" with a shot is my favorite. You can't really go wrong with anything here. Fresh brewed tea and coffee are what will keep you coming back for more. They also have drive thru if you're in a hurry.
