The prices are fine I guess, but heaven forbid you have to return anything. I've bought three defective carts from them in a row and they're always looking for ways to skimp out on their return policy. I had a pleasant experience here. We are from California and came to Oregon to visit family. We were on the way to Portland to visit the rest of the family when we decided to stop by here since it was on the way. I had hurt my back when I slipped and fell on ice while in Bend and was in a lot of pain in the car. Knowing very little about weed, the staff was very informative and also patient with me trying to make my decision. It was very helpful to be recommended products that may help with what my needs were (in this case pain relief) especially when I didn't know where to start! I really liked how attentive they were and answered the questions we had. I was very impressed as it was my first time at a dispensary too. They do a great job! read more

This used to be my favorite place to go to. Convenient location, I live right down the street so it's easy to stop by. The people were always nice and answered any questions I might have. Sometimes, the person behind the counter wasn't as knowledgeable as I'd expect and I'd end up answering my own questions .. not a big deal. This would be a four star rating, except for there was an incident last time I was there, and how it was handled dropped it down to a one star review. I came in, and asked the budtender for a box of wyld orange white chocolate edibles (which are a one to one ratio that I get for specific reasons). She grabbed the box, stuffed in a zippered bag, I paid, and was on my way. I get home, open up the box and start to chew on one. It's definitely not what I had requested. I look at the box and realize it's the wyld peach white chocolates that are all THC. Not cool that I'm taking a different dose than I thought, but maybe I can exchange. I call the shop and the girl offered no apology, rather saying they "can't exchange it because I already opened it. However, sometimes they can buy them back and sell them individually and that I might get a call back from the owner. Maybe." Needless to say, that never happened and two months later this expensive box of chocolate I'm never going to use is still in my pantry. Bottom line, check your order before you walk out the door, because 1) the budtender doesn't pay attention to the product they're grabbing and 2) they aren't very willing to make things right. One star for being farm-to-table, greenhouse, and charging INDOOR prices!! You get much bigger plants when growing in a greenhouse, and it costs much less to produce, so what is up with the price gouging?? The weed isn't even that good! None of the strains had accurate terpene profiles, they all smelled and tasted like bug feces mixed with something herbal (i used to have lizards, so im familiar with the odor of cricket feces-- which is what im comparing it to). They use predator mites and ladybugs to control their spider mite problem...i asked. It is safer than pesticides I'll give them that-- but, that means hundreds of bugs are pissing and sh***ing on their plants, hundres of times, daily... I also have to agree with another yelper who said their plants weren't flushed properly, as my bud did snap crackle and pop a little bit (nitrates still present, and/or cal-mag was used as a foliar and canopy spray during early flowering stages). Impossible to find a bud here that has most of its resin heads in tact, whoever trimmed it up handled the buds very roughly... My niece and I were interested in lotions that contain THC and CBD for back, shoulder and knee pain. We both have problems that come with age. I had been going to Bend to get my lotion. I live at CRR and Madras would be more convenient. It was easy to find and the people were very friendly and helpful. We both left with a product we are happy with.
