I feel like for this to be a new complex thing should have run smoothly. But unfortunately, the day I moved in I had a hole in the front window of my townhome, which I reported same day, which would've been December 5th, its now April 16th and the window is still broken. No follow up calls from maintenance or the leasing office. I'm calling them once a month for updates which is ridiculous. My townhome was supposedly brand new, but there was already staining on the carpet up the steps. My fuse blows every time I try to run my disposal and/or dishwasher, which is insane. My shower soap holder dish fell off the wall just randomly, which tells me that it was poorly installed or a rushed job. The whole complex just seems like it was thrown together essentially and made to look like "luxury". Don't be fooled! We pay too much for these units for stuff not to work properly. Now today , April 16th, the mandatory but horrible Internet that we have to get through Apartnet has been down for a full day! It's been frustrating to say the least, I'd save my money and look elsewhere, this place is not as new and pristine as it's painted out to be.

They advertise "2 months FREE rent," but that's not what you actually get. Instead of living rent-free for two months, they spread the concession across your lease, so you're still paying rent every month. That's a huge difference and should be made much clearer in their advertising. I wonder how they are making it easy for tenants who are moving in. They also promised a $1,000 gift card within 30 days of moving in, but it's been over 40 days plus and counting and there's still no gift card. I've had to follow up multiple times and I was told today but nothing still. It feels like they use attractive promotions to get people to sign a lease, then don't deliver as advertised or make you chase after what was promised. If you're considering moving here, make sure you get every concession explained fully and ask exactly how the "the 2 months free rent" is applied to get a clear picture cause it's actually discounts off your rent for equivalent of 2months. Pay attention to what they tell you and what's later written on your lease agreement!! Played cat and mouse with this place for months. Above and beyond provided proof of income (over a year's worth of bank statements exceeding the minimum monthly income requirement threshold for each and every month) as requested as per the income requirements document shared with me, which I've attached along with contradictory correspondence from the leasing office. No refund on $300 application fee. Just wasted time and money. Be warned - They may hold you in suspense to try and let a bidding war on certain units play out. I also question whether or not the promised incentives to rapidly stuff all the rooms were even legitimate offerings or just false advertising. I was encouraged to re-apply and pay another $300. P.S. - You can get a house for what this place charges. I am glad we did not move in here as I'm sure the problems we faced are only the tip of the iceberg.

I would not call these luxury apartments. the ceiling in my apartment is very botched. The pools have been closed a lot this past summer due to maintenance. The areas where they keep the gas grills are not kept nice. (people do not take care of the things they are allowed to use) The furniture all needs to be replaced but then it would probably make our rent payments go up. The only noise problems I have had are the people they hire to do lawn maintenance loud talkers, the cars that don't have mufflers are loud and the people playing their music in their cars with their windows down are too loud. LOL I had a person in their parked car, playing music so loud the base was rattling my windows. Oh and the windows?? the seals are all broken and they have moisture and dirt between the double panes. I have on nice clear window because it was damaged. I am sure there are nicer apartments here but the two that I have rented over the past 3 years have been outdated.

No communication, no answers, nothing. I wonder what next month's issue will be! Side note: the pool is constantly closed without any prior communication. Valet trash service comes 30% percent of the time otherwise you can expect your trash to be left out all night and get charged $30 every month for fun.
