They never sent a proposal even after i texted. If they are late on this, how can they be deemed reliable?

Good thing is they came back to fix. Bad part is they sprayed my clear WINDOWS with paint. Good news is they said they would come clean it. Bad news is THEY DID NOT come clean, though they cleaned 1/2 of the windows. This is a family owned business and the workers are nice. But if the owner or son is not on the crew you're going to get awful work. Upside- it was $1300 for repairs. Downside- you get low cost repair that does not withstand the rest of time. I don't know if I'll use them again, the difficult part is that a lot of stucco companies will only redo your WHOLE house, so for touch-up repairs you're limited in options. Tisuque Stucco sent me to them.

The days of the work, the team showed up on time and early in the morning as expected and communicated. The team members were all nice and polite and happy to help in any way they could. They also communicated about the work they would be doing and did a great job cleaning up each day, and not leaving the place messy like some other places would. The stucco work they did was perfect! I kept looking at my home and really enjoyed and definitely felt I made the right decision to go with Perez Plaster. If you are looking for anyone whom you could trust to do high quality stucco work, reach out to no one else other than Perez Plaster (I did have a few quotes came in...but felt like other people were more into selling their services to subcontract the work out rather than doing quality/detailed work for me). Perez Plaster's work was exceptional. Very high quality and professional all the way from start to finish. I'm very happy with the job well done by them!

We needed to address water stains from a 2023 roof leak in three ceiling areas, as well as hairline cracks from the house settling over the last 22 years. The team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. Chris, the Crew Leader, clearly explained the work plan and how the team would proceed. Matt, the Lead Painter, along with Alexis and Kay, worked exceptionally well together. Their attention to detail was evident, and the final result is beautiful. Furthermore, when we decided to add two additional walls to the project, Matt provided an estimate immediately and the team transitioned into that work without a hitch. We are incredibly pleased with the outcome. The team finished, cleaned up, and packed away all supplies by 2:30 PM. Mike's Quality Painting deserves an A+, and I will highly recommend Mikes Quality Painting for your next painting project!

I didn't start the best, but as Tyler said, "some of the best miscommunications can make for great friendships." They came out. They looked at my house. Within 24 hours they got me a quote. The quote is more than reasonable. They were honest, did not try to over sell me on anything. They were efficient and fast. That is a perfect combo! We bought our house in 1998 and have had trouble with leaks almost from the get-go. We had it reroofed with foam through a local Santa Fe roofer in 2003, and it began leaking about three years later. It turns out the acrylic paint they used on their foam was not that great. I've been painting it myself with silicone roof paint, but the leaks finally caught up to my efforts this past winter. We chose 99 Restoration because of their good reputation, and they did not disappoint. Tyler was helpful and responsive to questions. They waited for the right weather to do the best job possible. The polyurea lining on top of the new foam roof seems super-durable, and I feel I can sleep peacefully while I'm listening to the rain fall on our roof. Tyler and Ali did a great job, and I'm confident about the results. I highly recommend them.

Cleaned up everything before they left including trash they do not make! Took me around the house to show me all the areas they repaired and painted and even left the remainder of the paint for me if I somehow damaged the stucco and needed to repaint it myself. Excellent company and the most competitive pricing I could find in my area. Highly recomended!

Stucco Now was recommended by our roofers (A Plus Sustainable roofing coatings, who we'd also…read morerecommend) to do some stucco repair in preparation for a new roof. Gary Hernandez from Stucco Now came out promptly to assess the whole house, and expertly determined which issues needed to be dealt with right away and which could wait for a while longer. In addition to the main cracks, the workers fixed a couple of cosmetic cracks as well. One more substantial thing didn't get done (for good reasons, based on the judgement call of the very experienced crew foreman) and the job didn't take as long as had been estimated. We asked for the invoiced cost to be reduced to adjust for the difference between the work as originally bid and what actually happened. Gary listened to our feedback and perspective, sent a worker to address a repair that didn't meet his quality standard, and he reduced our invoice. Gary was competent and professional throughout (and so were the workers who came). This is a young company (they are licensed, bonded and BBB accredited) and through our discussions with Gary, we know that they are working on making Stucco Now the best company out there. So, our experience with Stucco now is that they're prompt, responsive and quality oriented, and they will work to make things right if the job doesn't go as planned.

He'll go around a neighborhood and say he worked on your neighbor's house, enticing you to do yours for a good deal since he's in the area. He'll tell you all of the neighborhood gossip while he's at it. He's more worried about what you do for a living, what everyone in the neighborhood does for a living, and how much money you have to give him for a job than actually doing the job itself. The crew started and got stucco f*cking everywhere. He got stucco on a keypad that was $700 to replace. When I told him he needed to fix the keypad, he used a solvent to try to get it off, then the solvent wouldn't come off, so the dipshits used a wire brush to try to get the solvent off. I ended up having to have the whole thing replaced. After he was denied an advanced to "make payroll" he never came back. I told him it was his problem that he couldn't make payroll and I already gave him more than half for the job and he needed to finish before he got the rest. I also told him he needed to finish cleaning up the stucco everywhere but again he never came back after that. He's very unprofessional, his crew is unprofessional, they constantly knock on the door and ask to borrow tools, ask to use the bathroom, ask stupid pointless questions. He even asked to get into my garage to reset a breaker rather than just asking me to reset the breaker myself. When I checked the outlet, it was working just fine. Obviously this was just to get in the garage to see what he could take. He never gave us back the tools he borrowed from us either.

He left a cement mixer and various hand tools; he probably stole it from someone else.
