While the injectors themselves have been adequate, the management experience--Paige and Amber in particular--has been frustrating due to inconsistent information, poor communication and Paige's tenuous relationship to the truth. I escalated my complaint to the national customer service line after being gaslit by Paige. When I later called the clinic for the injectors' names, I was told that no further information would not be provided and redirected to the 800 number.
