The scars I have almost reach my sternum and suits worn have to be thick at the bottom to hide how visible they are. Secondly- I had to have a revision done since he and the team left a "dog ear" that looks like an unusual protrusion. Even after the revision -it's still present. Bathing suits worn have to be a certain type to hide the error and damage that wasn't addressed properly. After multiple phone calls with management- both Dr's. ( I inquired of both) refused any type of compensation for these issues that are now something I have to see everyday. I'm very disappointed in my results that are now almost a year old. My desires were made very clear to the staff and Downs. I would encourage others considering this establishment to do research on other plastic surgeons in the area. She said where and I told her. This crappy individual turned her back and made a bee line toward my specialists office to taddle tail on me. Ronald K. Downs then made it extra hard on me today by canceling my appointment right in my face. First they made me drive all the way to get my X-rays at another facility. Why can't you professionals figure that crap out? Next I get back with my X-rays early for my appointment. The f*cking idiot Dr. turned me away because "you were sick". I explained my illness to them and that it is nothing contagious. I have esrd and can't walk all that way w/o getting an upset stomach. I explained how hard it was for me to get there and be there. Nope. No compassion. They said reschedule. I said this is a broken bone and it's already been rescheduled on their account once. Now my broken hand will probably need rebroken because it's been so long. No lie, every time I go to a St Joe facility there is always a flucking problem. I have zero problems with all the other hospitals.

I saw only a slight change but not what I was promised, at a cost of $925.00. After a week, I saw nothing. What a waste of money. I went back in to show the Dr. Chadwell where he seemed upset and made derogatory comments because I started to show some emotion. He was basically making fun of me. He said he would reinject another 2cc's. He never made mention that I would be charged again. Needless to say, I had the same result...NONE. What a disappointment. Dr Chadwell should stick to his profession as an Otolaryngologist. He is not trained to do facial procedures. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I knew from the moment I met him and his staff that he was the one I wanted to do my breast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He was so attentive starting during the first consultation, he did not try to "sell" his work, just let it speak for itself. I could not recommend him more. My reconstruction looks PERFECT and NATURAL. The healing process was fast, minimal bruising, the incision scars just look amazing. I was so nervous before the surgery, but his calm and confident demeanor made me feel calm and confident. Even since my surgeries, he has been so attentive, remembers little details, and could not be more professional. Now onto his staff--they all are so sweet and always made me feel welcomed, and not like just another patient, but an actual person. Amazing. Every day I call I get a message saying that there are 15 or more people on hold ahead of me. No option to leave a message, no option to message with someone, and the on-line appointment tool is difficult and doesn't offer free-form to enter the real reason for the visit or the real type of insurance. I have lost connection in the appointment tool three times and am giving up and going with another ortho practice that actually cares enough about the patient to have a good admin staff. I am sure that the physicians are good so it is very unfortunate. My time is important and communication is important to me. Wonder how many other people are doing the same. This might have been a higher rating if I could actually have gotten in to see the doctor.

While doing my exam she forced me by using her hands to push me to fit into the machine, which hurt. I like Dr Snachez she is knowledgeable.Very approachable.Important for a doctor. Well my story started 2/15/2024. Went for glasses and they said instead I was getting cataract…read moresurgery. They said it would be a two week ordeal. I'd see better than i have ever seen before. So I got cataract surgery on the first eye. This was done by Dr Molly Walsh. Woke up couldn't open the eye. Then when I could open it I only could see white. Went 3 weeks of multiple visits to the office being told they didn't know why the swelling would not go down. Unable to see the surgeon because she was on vacation for 3 weeks. When I finally saw her she said I needed to wait 2-5 months and she guaranteed I'd see again. That she's been doing this for 20 years and she knew what she was talking about. I was so upset when I left there I was in tears. After her dismissive attitude I went to get a second opinion at a different eye doctor. He told me I would never see again without a cornea transplant which was damaged during the cataract surgery. Of course Walsh said nothing about it being damaged during surgery. He set me up to go to Indy to get it fixed. After multiple trips to Indy, staying for a week at a time at my own expense mind you, my eyes are finally fixed. I have been trying for months to get this eye dr to give me the card that I'm supposed to carry in my wallet at all times. This card should have been given to me the day of the surgery 2/15/2024. They keep passing the blame to the surgery center. The surgery center blames the Dr. I don't care who was supposed to give it to me. Someone needs to get me the card. They need to order another set of the exact lenses that they put in my eye and give me the card out of the box. It's supposed to be in my wallet. Definitely a shit show. Tired of this crap and am about to hire a lawyer. The date today is 11/22/2024. 9 Months of crap because of this place. Get your stuff together people. You are messing with people's sight and livelihoods.
