Dr Alizai asked him if he was a heroine addict and had HIV, he said absolutely NO to both. She said he was not telling the truth because no one his age has shingles unless he was one of those. She is grossly ignorant on how to treat patients with compassion and also not educated on the rise in shingles cases in young adults...many medical papers written about this. She told him his girlfriend would also have HIV. After dilating his eye, she sent him on his way without the proper eye protection for immediately going outside. We will be filing a medical complaint.

The wait times, in my opinion, aren't any different than any other ​doctors office. Some conditions…read moremay require a little more time for prep or from Dr Lee, and if you or your loved one needed that time and didn't get it you would take issue with being rushed. The organization of the patient treatment process is second to none. The friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff do all of the setup process for the doctors exam. If you have questions Dr Lee will take the time to answer them and defers non medical questions and procedures to the nurses and technicians.

I had two people at that location handled my frame and nothing was said about there being a crack in the frame. I pick them up on the 19th of March there is a huge crack on the frame. Visible to the necked eye. I went from having two pairs of eye glasses to one pair. I am extremely angry and I won't go there again.

The left eye lens was correct but the right lens gave me blurred vision. They confirmed with my old glasses that the prescription for the right eye was different from what I currently have. I told them that my old glasses corrected my vision better than the new glasses. I was then told I had to "try them out" for 3 days or so before they would do anything about it. The main problem being that these glasses were explicitly purchased for DRIVING. How exactly am I supposed to "try out" glasses used to drive when they make my vision worse??
