Booked an airport transfer for my mother (70) and it was such a seamless process. Communication was amazing. My mom's flight was delayed and I received a text letting me know the driver was aware of the situation and would be waiting for her. Raj was very friendly and my mom said he was quite pleasant, even after midnight! I then booked my mom's return transfer to PSP and again, booking was so easy. I was able to book a pickup shuttle from PSP with just two hours notice. Mike, the driver, was waiting for me before my flight even landed! He was a pleasant conversationalist and a very safe driver. Mike then picked up my travel companion when she arrived a few hours later. She too was notified that he was waiting patiently before her flight had landed and waited while they waited to deplane. 2 weeks ago I had to fly to Dallas for a family emergency. On my way back to Palm Springs I didn't have anybody who could pick me up at the airport. I checked Uber and the rates were very high because it was high volume pick up time. I decided to find other transportation companies to compare rates and found AM/PM which had only good reviews. I called them, talked to Daisy and sure enough their rates were much lower than Uber. I arranged for my pick up at the airport, gave them my flight number and before boarding the plane back I received a text confirming my pickup. Gilbert was waiting for me at the airport in PS in a van which was very very clean. Gilbert was courteous and very nice. From now on I will use this company whenever I arrive to Palm Springs and don't have a ride back home. I'll give them a 5 star for efficiency. read more

From my first contact with Rosa, who helped me in making my reservation to Manny who picked me up & drove me from Palm Springs International to Indio, everything went exactly as planned. I have mobility issues & travel with a mobility scooter besides my luggage & it wasn't a problem. The vehicle was large enough for me & all my baggage. re: shuttle services. used almost all. Lyft doesn't compare to the cove's shuttle services. Lyft has become so incredibly sporadic that it is better to buy a shuttle service. imho. Have met a few outstanding Lyft drivers. Have met one very scary Lyft driver. Just not worth the risk, imho. Private shuttle services are more geared to personal safety imho. read more

We reserved a car to take us from the Palm Springs airport to our hotel in Indian Wells for the tennis tournament. I didn't want the uncertainty of getting Lyft/Uber in crowded conditions, so having a set pickup time relieved that worry. We were running late to get to the tennis garden, so Mike stopped at the hotel and waited while we left our bags, and drove us on to the venue. I was in a situation where I needed a ride to the airport early in the morning. I needed to leave my AirBNB by 3 am to arrive to the airport by 4 since my flight left at 6am. I called a day before and I was able to get a ride fast and easy! I called and was told to call around to see if I could get a lower rate. By far this company was the lowest rate! My driver arrived 15 mins earlier at 2:45 am. He helped me put all my luggage in the car and was very respectful and nice! They do not honor their pricing, I emailed to quote and they told me it would be $1200 for three days when the online price is $114 round trip/day. The vehicles aren't even nice and uber LUX would even be cheaper than that. When I asked them why they wouldn't honor it they responded saying they were 'full.' Not a good way to conduct business. read more
