Our driver, Victor, was wonderful to work with and arrived on time each day in a spotless SUV. While the post-festival transportation scene is usually chaotic, that wasn't our experience at all. Way over and above any and all expectations as we used Fabiens service twice over the weekend for the American Express golf tourney and a nice Anniversary dinner with the wife! Fabien showed up on time and even brought us some personalized anniversary cookies he had made! Really made the ride that much better. We had an issue on P/U from the PGA tourney as it was extremely crowded as 1000s of fans were exiting following the Journey concert and our Driver Sam who desperately made many efforts to get to us so we could avoid a long walk to the shuttle lot deserves a huge Thank You! She showed tremendous patience with us and the whole situation and ended up picking us up exactly where she dropped us off despite traffic being diverted all over. Now it's quite infrequent for me but I can still differentiate between quality as opposed to others that are problematic, and not very professional. Recently used FD for an airport run and their price was under the other quotations. Fabian was excellent. Since we have not been to the tennis tournament before I decided to consider parking, Uber, and choose FD. Fabian was unavailable but one of his drivers provided outstanding service. The drop off is the easy part but the pick up is often tricky. Embarrassed to say but we smilingly walked through the crowd waiting for their Ubers and got into our SUV and were home in a matter of minutes. We wanted to spend Christmas in Hawaii with my son who is stationed there. So you need a ride to the airport because you can't park there @ Christmas time. Then you don't want to leave your house alone. The last time I did my smoke alarm batteries needed to be replaced.
