Great experience with the team at Platinum Auto Glass! I got a rock chip and the team made a prompt appointment and completed a great repair. Following that another rock hit and this time the window was not able to be saved. I spoke to the awesome office staff and they set an appointment for me to drop the car off on a Saturday. Platinum Auto Glass has helped me out twice recently. In May, I brought my car to their shop in Lewisville and they fixed a chip in my windshield. The process was easy, and they worked with Allstate to get paid. It didn't cost me anything. Then this week, something hit and shattered my back window. Their technician Brad came to my offce and replaced the glass this morning. The communication was great, he was here as scheduled, did the job in about an hour, and cleaned up the area nicely.
