They made it right! I took my car here for over 4 years up until I left to move out of state, and after doing over 15+ oil changes on 2 different cars, I can tell you these guys are the real deal. They know their stuff and they have so many services all in one spot (tires, brakes, oil change, emissions, registration, mechanic work, diagnostics). I honestly don't know why any people in Utah would go anywhere else unless it's because these guys happen to be full or something haha. Great experiences for a long period of time with them.

They had also forgot to put my skid plate back on and they accused me of already having a warranty job done due to poor organization. Being from out of town on a limited time schedule to get the car fixed I turned to AAA for assistance and found this shop on the AAA certified auto repair listings. I decided to go with them because of their high ratings/reviews. My daughter has a 2000 Toyota Echo and she has been having problems with the brake lights staying on once the car was turned off. Each time she arrived at her destination she would have to disconnect the fuse under the dash board or her car would be dead when she returned. I called the shop when they opened this morning, explained the situation, and was asked to drop the car off to be inspected. When I arrived Alex is the one who greeted me, remembered the conversation we had on the phone earlier. After the paperwork was completed he explained the process, the estimated cost for that specific issue but also made sure that I was aware the cost would be different if that wasn't the issue and the diagnostic showed something different. I let Alex know I was staying at the hotel down the street, which was a little over 3 miles away, and would be walking to/from the shop. When he heard the situation he offered to drop me off/pick me up but I declined... it's a beautiful day outside plus it would give me time to talk on the phone with my kiddos. I was on my walk back with less than 10 min to my destination when he called stating my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. He explained that the issue in question looked like it had a fairly new part and only needed to be adjusted properly; once they did it the problem resolved. When I got back to the shop I was greeted by Whitney and to my surprise the invoice read $0.00. He did not try to charge me for a new part, or upsell anything. As it turns out, my son who is not mechanically inclined did change the part about 9 months prior and the issue has been happening since then, so my daughter inherited the issue when she got the car. If you need work honest work done on your car at a reasonable price, look no further because Sav-Mor Auto Clinic is the shop to go!!! Thank you again :)

They value their relationships and that shows at this location and their sprinville location. Highly recommend. Not only were they half the price quoted to me from the VW dealership, their work was fast and thorough. They clearly know their stuff. They found a few other problems while under the hood, recommended the repairs I really should make, and those I should consider soon, all without any pressure. It was easy to trust that they are in this business because they love what they do. It shows. My car runs like new now. I had a fantastic drive home to LA, and the next time my car needs serviced, I will seriously consider heading back up to Utah to see these guys and get the work done.
