No hassle, no haggling, no pushy salesmen, just hood prices and great service. Will be back if I need another car in the future.

Went to them to get my Jeep fixed spent over 7k just for them not to do things right. Add things…read morethat were not needed and avoidable / screw ups on their end. Then to not have the vehicle fixed with NO warranty's just days after. Motor work! The service guys were rude and disregarding. No loaner cars, and my car was there for 5 months! Nothing. I tell people to not take their vehicles here, because it was that bad. I wouldn't even trust buying vehicles from them. Because it'll cost you more to fix their mistakes elsewhere, and it's not worth it.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable Jeep service, tire sensor…read morereplacement, or honest customer support. I bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator from this dealership and immediately ran into problems caused by their service department. They swapped the tires from my old Jeep onto the new Gladiator, but kept the incompatible TPMS tire sensors that don't work with a 2025 model. I contacted the dealership to get the tire pressure sensors replaced, since the issue was clearly caused by their mistake of not moving the new sensors to the new vehicle. Instead of fixing it properly, I was told I would have to pay over $800 to replace sensors and rebalance the wheels -- for a problem that should have been handled before delivery. To make matters worse, they removed 2025 TPMS sensors and left the 2021 sensors, and that's why the wheel balancing is now off as well, creating additional issues that never should have existed on a new vehicle purchase. This is poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero accountability from the Jeep service department. Buying a new vehicle should not come with avoidable repair costs caused by dealership errors.

To Whom It May Concern, Steven, Dahle, and Tim Dahle…read more I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an extremely serious safety issue involving a salesperson and the actions of management, including Dallas Fox and GSM Mike Cavros. There have reportedly been multiple incidents in which this salesperson damaged new vehicles while impaired, after which the vehicles were repaired without the circumstances being properly reported or disclosed. In addition, it is alleged that six vehicles damaged by Aaron Murri while impaired were also repaired secretly. As a result, customers who purchased these vehicles believed they were buying brand new, undamaged cars, when in fact they had previously been in accidents. The same concern applies to the BMW currently being repaired, as it appears it may also be fixed without proper disclosure, meaning any future buyer would not be informed that the vehicle had been in a prior accident. Most recently, he wrecked a BMW valued at approximately $70,000 while under the influence, and suspected drug paraphernalia was reportedly found in his possession. He has also reportedly been observed inhaling an unidentified substance in the employee bathroom. Despite these repeated warning signs, he is apparently still being permitted to drive dealership vehicles. This creates an immediate and foreseeable danger to employees, customers, and the public. It should not take someone being seriously injured or killed before appropriate action is taken. I am requesting an immediate, independent investigation. Until that investigation is completed, this employee's driving privileges should be suspended. Please preserve and review all surveillance footage, vehicle and key logs, damage and repair records, insurance or police reports, internal communications, and witness statements related to these incidents. Management's handling and possible concealment of these matters should also be investigated. These allegations should be verified fairly, but they must not be ignored or covered up. Please treat this as an urgent workplace and public-safety complaint and protect anyone who provides information from retaliation.
