We negotiated and agreed on a price and a date for him to come get the table. When he arrived, he stated the bumper would need to be replaced and told me he would pay me $100 less than agreed upon. There was never any previous conversation of a variable cost, but he knew I had movers moving my furniture in the house and had no choice but to sell it for $100 less to get it out of the space. The original price we agreed on was already a very lowball offer. I would have rather donated it to a family who wanted it. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, CROOKS AND DISHONEST!

When I asked for another appointment to finish the job, I was told by the owner that they couldn't because the slate was bad! Really?! They had given up on me without finishing the job! I contacted another company in Waynesville who sent in their team and had the table balanced to perfection in less than 2 hours. It seems that the slate wasn't bad after all. After my experience, I couldn't in good conscience recommend them to anybody. Stay away!

Asked a direct question as to energy use of tub, and was told it was an energy saving tub, so I…read morebought it. I was replacing my old 250 gallon tub with another 250 gallon one. My electric bill went up $40 a month, nothing energy savings about it. It ran almost constantly. Also upon installing the tub the electrical was not done properly and a connector pipe was put on with wrong screws and it leaked. I returned the tub and lost almost $2000 in the process. Happy to be done with the lies and poor workmanship. BTW, it was the owner who was not honest with me. Avoid.
