Never dreamed we would get such fantastic and fast service! We saw a pool table advertised on Craig's List several weeks ago. It looked exactly like the pool table of our dreams but we didn't feel knowledgeable enough to evaluate it. We called Everything Billiards and spoke with Judson Bobo. For a modest fee, he told he would be happy to go to the home of the seller and appraise the table for us. Judson called several days later and told us the table was an excellent buy. We were impressed that he made no attempt to switch us to a table in his store. Judson and Everything Billiards acted as fiduciary agents: collecting from us and paying the seller on Craig's List, then picking up the table at the seller's home, delivering it to us, and finally setting it up in our home. We decided on a pool table that could function for our daily lives as well as an awesome modern piece of furniture for a our home. Our new Fusion pool table works perfect. It moves up when we play pool and down to dining height for dinners. It is also a very large space to eat and fit our large family. We can fit 5 kids on a bench just on one side of the table. The quality of the laminate top is like no other we have owned or seen. We chose a blue felt and powdered coated steel for the legs. I had planned to drive to another store but after talking with Judson and visiting the store we felt very comfortable and wanted to give our business to him. I live in Atlanta, GA and called to ask if they could send a gift certificate for the re-levelling of my Dad's pool table (who lives in Charlotte) and some new pool balls for Father's Day. Judson is very knowledgeable when it comes to pool tables, and we were not. He patiently educated us on the pros and cons of different features. When it came time for ordering and delivery, I feel we got a very competitive price, and the delivery went as smooth as can be. I called a number of places in and around Charlotte to get our pool table refelted. These guys were the best in price and customer service. Usually you get one or the other, but not with this company. When they came out, they found that the bumpers needed redone as well. I was a bit leery as I had to have it completed within three days as I had a party coming up. They were able to beat the deadline and everything looks great.
