One of the biggest issues has been the constant turnover in staff. It seems like every time we visit, we have a new server, and the overall experience varies greatly from one visit to the next. The food quality has become very inconsistent as well. Tonight was especially disappointing. We came in with a group of six and ordered one appetizer and six entrées. Our fried pickle appetizer took nearly an hour to arrive. When the rest of our food finally came out shortly afterward, it was cold. To make matters worse, nearly all of our orders were incorrect. As longtime customers who used to visit every Friday, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We understand that every restaurant can have an off night, but this has become a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident. We sincerely hope WingNutz can address the staffing and quality issues because this used to be one of our favorite places to eat in Fountain Inn.
