I had a last minute important business trip and leaving our home in the Keys is very challenging for last minute travel especially to find a ride up to Miami for my flight. I called Rob late on a Friday to see if he could pick me up on Sunday and he was the best, and picked up right away. He was very professional and on time. Our contact was Rick who was very responsive and helpful whenever we had to make adjustments leading up to the wedding. Rick was great on the phone and going through the (affordable) options for our wedding transportation. He accommodated changing our plan from a two-point to a three-point, too. Drivers were very friendly and everyone was on time. They drove all our guests safely to and from the wedding. They were also great towards our older and handicapped guests. Terrible. Horrible. Absolutely never again. I contracted Platinum CLS for shuttle vans for my wedding, as they came recommended by the hotel we were using. Rick Ledbury was my contact person. I contracted and paid for 2 shuttle vans to do a continuous loop for 90 minutes to and from the hotel and my wedding venue, both before and after the wedding. When I spoke to Rick, I was told that both vans would run a continuous loop, and that they will do as many trips as possible during those 90 minutes. They lied, and each driver was trying to move all of our guests in only 2 trips. My ceremony ended up being 40 minutes late, because our officiant was on the last shuttle, and the driver refused to leave until the shuttle was full (the rest of the hotel guests were already at the wedding at this point and there was no one to wait for). They sat in the shuttle for about 45 minutes trying to get the driver to leave, and he refused. Finally, one of our groomsmen got the driver on the phone, and told them we were late and he had to get the officiant to the ceremony, and he yelled at our groomsman "Don't tell me how to do my job." They also forgot to come back at the end of the night, while they should have still been running a loop as per our contract, and left us, the bride and groom, waiting at the venue until I had to call Rick to contact his driver to come back and get us. Completely unprofessional, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE!!!!! Their drivers DO NOT have ez passes, so they take the longest routes possible. We are promised non stop driving from our wedding venue to hotel, and we paid for a service we did not receive. Guests were waiting over an hour for a 30 minute round trip. Not to mention, the drivers and owners are SO RUDE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more
