ReadyCar Limousine was recommended to me by a colleague of mine, and I can't stress enough how pleased I am for finally making the switch. I've had several wonderful experiences with ReadyCar. Being very tech savvy, I always appreciate ReadyCar communicating with me via text or email. My biggest concern was the early morning pickups and without fail, the driver was at my house 15 minutes earlier than expected. On another occasion, ReadyCar provided me a stretch limo for my personal use at a discounted rate. My family has used ReadyCar to help my brother, suffering from a serious illness, get to and from medical appointments. In addition to being available on short notice and being on time, they have been willing to help him up and down the multiple stairs to his apartment. When Rocco, the owner, who also drives sometimes, arrived one day at the apartment door to find my brother had fallen, he texted me to let me know, stayed there until the EMTs and the ambulance came, and even ran after the ambulance at my request to make sure that my brother had his cell phone! Many thanks Readycar Limousine and all of the staff for helping us out during our flight emergency.We had an emergency diversion and had to land at an airport out of state not giving any notice to our car service.They actually showed up for our original pickup time while the staff investigated our problem and found out we we going to be 4 hours late.ReadyCar didn't add to our flight nightmare but only accomodated us with a warm welcome a Limousine upgrade and no extra charges.That is how you get a customer for life ! This Limousine company is by far the most reliable and up to date car service that I have found in many years.They text message me when my car is minutes away which is so very helpful. I work on movie sets all over New York so I need to communicate mostly through emails and texts which they always do for me.The fact that they have an office in Manhattan as well as Rockland is a major plus for me since I live in New City and work in NYC.The drivers are all awesome,cars are spotless and the corporate rates are amazing. FINALLY!!! A local limo service with their own limousines. The last limo service that I used sent me a limousine from an out of state company, and the driver didn't even know the name of the person I booked with. The driver was not prepared and didn't have our itinerary. When I called to complain I was ignored and as a result I was stuck. I've used Ready Car Limousine on numerous occasions and the ride is always smooth. I usually get motion sickness and after using Ready Car I no longer get it because their driver was amazing!! read more

WOW ! Nice Chrysler 300 came to my door 15 minutes early with newspaper and Figi water ... SOLD . I've been a fan ever since and worth the extra $10 bucks for a new vehicle and safe driver.
