Since there was a line of cars behind me and I was holding everyone up, I honked to get assistance from an employee. Instead of helping, one of the male employees yelled at me, "CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying member, I was simply asking for help because the gate was not working. A female employee eventually came over to assist me and even she had trouble understanding why the gate wasn't opening since my membership was active. After finally getting through, I went into the office and spoke with Rafael and asked to cancel my membership. At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing to give my business to a place where a customer asking for help is treated this way. I understand places get busy, but yelling at customers instead of helping them is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when the issue was caused by the equipment not working.

I paid $99 to get the tire wash and something extra with the interior can't remember exact details but it's my usual. Have had 2 dried flowers and a fake Lego one behind my steering wheel completely out of the way of the rest of my interior. All the times I've gone before they've left them alone and again not hard to do since it's pretty separate from rest of the car. Didn't even think much of it when it was finally over cause I figured common sense? Nope. One flower was completely destroyed, part of the toy was broken, the toy and other flower were just shoved into the side of my door. And I get it mistakes happen but what's worse is that there was a bunch crushed petals and stem covering the carpet under my passenger seat which is fucking annoying to clean up from carpet. Dude didn't even bother to vacuum it up or say anything. It's one thing to make a mistake but like just have the balls to say it or AT LEAST clean it up. I'm out $99 (+ tip) and will have to try to clean it up with my hands cause I don't have a vacuum at home and I'm not spending more money at a different car wash after just dropping $100 +, in this economy. I didn't have an issue with the price before because the results were worth it, but this experience put me off this place. Very disappointing , was usually a good spot but ig hit or miss on the day.

It turns out there was a mix up with the tickets and we were given a different wash than the one we had paid for. After speaking with the owner, he was incredibly kind, gracious, and genuinely wanted to make things right. He invited us to come back and try again, and I'm so glad we did. This time, we could not have had a better experience. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. It had been through the wringer. They cleaned it so well that it honestly looked detailed. And we did not pay for a detail. This was just their gold package, and it was amazing. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. This time, I had nothing. I could not be happier with how clean the car was. That says a lot coming from me. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful, the service was fast even on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner could not have been nicer.
