Great service! Very convenient for me as he's a mobile service. Answered all my questions about an engine bay cleaning. I inquired with other mobile services and Luis price was the best. He brings his own truck with all the equipment he uses including water and electricity. He came to place, he explained what he's going to do, I asked a few questions, asked if he needed anything else, I went back inside and in no time he calls me saying it's done. Job was so great I plan to call him to detail my car. I can't recommend enough. For the price with quality of service, I don't think you'll find anything better.

Unbelievable! I had a major rat infestation... Most people who saw including my mechanic, said it was the worst they've ever seen, and I needed some cleaning both in the engine and in the actual car, and trunk! These guys came in and just nailed it. It's so clean. I feel like I could eat off of the engine block. Wonderful job I'll use them again anytime and recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

Found this service on Yelp and it was excellent! Luis came out to our house and did a fantastic job cleaning our SUV, which was dirty from months of use and desperately needed a cleaning. He was easy to communicate with, professional and friendly. The work was thorough and he spent a lot of time making sure every detail was cleaned. Luis is very responsive and accommodating with scheduling. He's a mobile detailer so he comes to your house which makes it very convenient. He takes his time and makes sure to clean the exterior and interior thoroughly. I've been very happy with his service and professionalism. The exterior paint looks great, the wheels are shining and the inside is spotless. I've used him to clay bar the exterior and it really makes a difference on the paint and how it looks. Overall, I'm happy with his service and plan to use him regularly to detail my cars. He also let me know he's now doing mobile tinting so if you guys need a mobile tinter maybe he can do both at the same time. read more

Luis did an amazing job cleaning our cars! We have three kids and they get our car interiors very dirty. Luis managed to remove all of the dust inside and wiped down all the surfaces. The exteriors were spotless as well after the wash and wax. We're thankful we found someone that does such quality work. His service is incredibly convenient too as he traveled to us. When I complained to the manager he was rude and yelled at me saying it was broken before I came in. No it was not. I always took very good care of my car. Another time, they took my new back seat mats out to vacuum and never put them back in. Sloppy to say the least. When I called and complained, the manager denied it, saying I was lying. Can you believe that? I argued why would I lie over two inexpensive floor mats in the back? After a very long heated argument, he finally agreed to give me new ones. When I got there, for some reason, my mats magically appeared. It was a very bad argumentative experience that I did not appreciate after being a loyal customer for years. Never went back. Customer service is BAD so customer BE AWARE!

As with most self-serve car washes, they have free vacuums to use afterwards. I always see the staff keeping the area clean and readily available to help out. If I lived closer I would totally get the monthly membership but for now I'll keep paying as I go. Highly recommend!

I was at the Shell station on 17660 Burbank Blvd in Encino Ca today and was not only charged for…read moregasoline wrong (I was due an additional $.30 with a car wash)but I was charged $11 for a car wash last week (that I couldn't use until today)and the code wouldn't work!! The expiration date was 6/19!!! In order to wash my car, I used today's code, which worked. The attendant told me that I probably couldn't see and put the number in wrong - I put the correct number in three times and it said "number not authorized"! He told me (very RUDELY) that I had to talk to the manager. The "manager" told me that I don't know how to read a receipt. He refused to help me...he kept trying to say that I was stupid AND he kept telling me that I didn't get regular gas (which I did and my receipt shows that) and that where it showed my gallon total was the price per gallon. In other words, he was trying to gaslight me all around. When he screamed at me, called me names and threatened me, I got out and he came with me and threw my receipts at me and screamed at me to call the gas station phone number (which I did and it was the attendant inside answering! Todat, I was verbally assaulted at a gas station representing Shell. I have been a rewards member for so many years that I can't count. So, I only asked for a car wash code to cover the bad one and the $1.67 discount that I deserved for the car wash! I have been attacked for that small amount!!!! However, if they STEAL $1.67 or the $11 from most customers, they are making a fortune via obvious overcharging!

Luis came out to my house on a Saturday and was able to get my truck and my wife's Yukon done. I choose the works and he did an absolutely stunning job. The amount of dirt that was caked on my work truck and layer of dirt in the inside would make anyone think twice about cleaning it. Not Luis he grabbed the keys and got to it!!! My wife's car is another story..... even though it's a new Yukon my wife loves to put trash on the floor or in her doors and on top of that we also got a new son. So little to say it was definitely messy and had formula powder in a few different places. Luis made both these cars sparkle. I'd say for the works is pretty much a full detail and for an incredible price. I don't think you will find anyone else offering a full detail for a very large 2500 truck and a full size Yukon for 380$. Thank you again for your hard work and great service!!! read more

This is long overdue, but a couple months ago I put out a request for bids for my unbelievably filthy car. I got a lot of quotes at a certain price and one guy making fun of me. Luis got the job by asking what kind of car I had - literally the only person to ask what I consider to be the most basic question. Luckily for me, his quote was lower than all the people who had just sent me a number. Luis promptly made an appointment with me. On the day of, he was 15 minutes early to accommodate my living situation. He and his partner were charming and easy to work with. The job took longer than expected- my car was bad- and Luis even gave me a heads up to let me know. He charged the amount he said he would. I called Shine Detailz when i had the misfortunate accident of 8 containers of oil and vinegar spilling and leaking all over the floor of my Toyota 4Runner...i was so afraid the smell was never going to come out! Luis came out today and detailed the inside and outside of my car!! My car not only doesn't smell horrible but it looks beautiful! Luis ran his ozone machine and the horrible vinegar smell is gone!! I just finished getting a detail from Luis, and I'd recommend anyone to have your vehicle detailed by him. It was a last minute appointment and I got the works package that he offers. Looks cleaner from when I got the truck brand new. He made it feel like he actually cared for my truck, which is a huge plus, he's not just there for the money. Luis was very easy to work with, does great work for a fair price. My seats have never been washed since I purchased the car and now I feel like my seats are brand new. I've had friends and family spill drinks in the back and it's great to know that it's been disinfected and steam cleaned. The inside of my car has never looked so good.
