Went back and forth a few times and gave up and paid for tow myself. Asked three times if a courtesy vehicle could be provided since no appointment was available for a week. Said they would look into it but no response! Rented a vehicle on my own dime. i was sent a detail of suggested work and was told vehicle would be ready by 4pm. Called the next morning since no notice was given. Work had not been started since I had to send approval whereas nothing was indicated in the text. Vehicle was to be ready by 2pm so pickup service was arranged. I call several times after 4 but no call back. Pickup vehicle never showed up! The next day I got a ride from a friend to pick up the vehicle and meet with the service manager. He promised he would look into everything but off course no communication has been received a week later

Our car got written off and after the bank payed it's portion we owed 10000$ and change so with the gap insurance we thought we could be ok...wrong after months of battling with gap insurance we were payed out a total of 2000$ so 850$ more then the package cost its a total scam and now were on the hook for 8000$ we went back a purchased a new car there before we found this gap insurance scam out we will not be returning.

The dealership is designed with the consumer experience in mind and even has bistro size you can grab breakfast or lunch while having your car serviced. I almost wish my new steals needed oil changes.
