Platinum rides exceeded all expectations! Our experience was absolutely stellar! We rented the highly limited custom edition stretch limo Chrysler 300. I wanted the experience to be a night no one would ever forget. Platinum rides delivered. I had no idea I had booked a vehicle that could do a laser light show inside it! We had a decked out speaker system, floors and a ceiling that changed colors and light up! It was AMAZING!!! Our driver was awesome as we kept adding people to join in for the fun ride home! We always had a bar stocked with champagne glasses and nice cold bottled water with ice. We were even able to blue tooth our own music from our phones! That lead to a fun filled video we filmed inside the limo of us all having the best night ever! We felt like royalty as our driver and Platinum rides were able to accommodate our impromptu last minute changes. If you want the best, you want Platinum. Sweet 16 pt 2 So I promised I'd give you the second part of the review after the great customer service we recieved at the time of reservation. I'll tell you what, the bus and the driver were equally as awesome as Frank and Joey!!!! His name was Gene and he was so very helpful. My daughter and her friends had the most AWESOME experience and Gene made sure of it. I knew they were in great hands with him so much so that I couldn't help but give him a hug because he felt like part of our family. Platinum Rides (Joey, Frank and Gene) helped me make my only daughters sweet 16 birthday a day she will never forget and I will always be a customer of theirs for any occassion. We rented the party bus and it fit 23 teeanagers more than comfortably. It was a great price and the bus was AMAZING! I've never heard so many oooo's and aaaaah's!! Gene showed up early and gave suggestions on things they could do and places they could go to make the experience even better. He went over the rules and how to work the equipment on the bus and after that they were off. The teens even raved about how friendly and helpful he was. Just used these guys again for bday party. Great job again as expected. Some if my peeps got a little rowdy I apologize to Larry our driver. He was a trooper even though a couple of my freinds were not good passengers. Thanks Larry for putting up with us can't wait till next time I'll ask for you specifically. We used these guys for a reunion of friends this past Saturday. We went tubing at Salt River and after that we went back to Talking Stick to change and go out for the night. So we rented a partybus for the river and a couple limos at night. The rates in the Summer are awesome! Driver was really a lot of fun and felt like whatever we wanted he would make it happen. All the limos and partybus were clean and the AC worked. Which is a concern when it's 110 out. LOL No issues would definately use again. I was wxhausted it was a long day. I was very impressed with Platinum Ride Limousines. I was very skeptical about renting a party bus as I have rented with a DIFFERENT company and was burned. I called Frank and Joey to rent a party bus for the husbands 40th birthday. Let's just say Joey and Frank did not disappoint. I called several times as I was nervous about the whole thing, they assured me that everything will be perfect and they would only want my night to be the BEST ever. The night came the party bus showed up promptly at 9pm on time. The bus was what I asked for exactly the bus I requested and I was not let down. I don't know what you low ballers are thinking but these guys are AWESOME! Not only were Frank and Joey super kind and charming but they always make our events more fun than we planned. I use Platinum Rides anytime I'm in town and they always surpass my expectations. In addition to spectacular customer service they always give us wonderful restaurant/bar suggestions and help us organize our night to be more cost efficient. Their contracts are ALWAYS crystal clear and as long as you can hold your liquor and are not a pig it's always a great time. I used Platinum Rides when I visited for my 21st birthday celebration. It was sooo fun and I have them to thank! They not only drove my group around but Joey and Frank helped me plan my night! They knew all the fun places to go. When I called to make a reservation they told me I could come down to their office to take my pick of their vehicles and they were all so nice and NEW looking! I went with a party bus and I'm so thankful I found them. When I looked into getting party buses from other companies I discovered they were really offering broken down city buses in disguise. I hired Platinum Rides to take a group of fellow classmates out to Scottsdale for a night out after we had all finished our final exams. Although we had a large number in our group, the company and its bus driver, Mike, was very accommodating to us, picked us up on time and got us to where we needed to be, then took us back home safely to finish the night. The party busses were top of the line and everyone had a fantastic time en route to Scottsdale. I initially hired this company because their prices were unmatched and they were able to accommodate such a large group so easily. We really appreciated that they are a family-owned, family-run business. They take pride in their company, and it shows. Great experience all the way! I planned a last minute birthday party for my son. I had 13 eleven yr old boys to take from all the way up in Cave Creek to Camelback to play paint ball. I had no way to transport so I thought a limo would be fun. I planned this 2 days before the event and received EXCELLENT fast service online from their website by Joey. I have to say this company is awesome. I called them for a last minute reservation and they were available to help us out. The owner's Joey and Frank were so awesome to work with. These guy's are so down to earth and understanding. Then our driver Steven, showed up early and helped us load up the party bus, and hook up the bluetooth. I will say out driver was awesome he was so funny he made sure the group was having fun. he even danced with us on the bus hehehehehe. We had a great time! This company was very good to work with. I was avail'd the opp to work directly with the owners of the company and at no time were they not available to me via phone or email should I have a question or concern. There driver was very professional and our party felt like he gave us the royal treatment. He made sure to be at the front door at each drop off point when dropping off and picking up. We rented these guys for a birthday. We called around a bunch of different places and even went to view a few of the vehicles, these guys by far have the nicest limos in town. The driver Steve was on time and always there when we needed him. We couldn't figure out the bluetooth and when we had problems he called Joe and he walked us through connecting. I rented a black long limo yesterday and was very impressed. I loved the tinted windows. The limo driver was on time and very polite. He drove me around different places, restaurants, and even to a place for me to get some wine. He helped me with my blue tooth phone connection on the limo blue tooth nice stereo system. There was ice and water for me in limo. I enjoyed the interior limo colorful lights. He dropped me back at my hotel safely at the time I requested. Thanks you guys! One thing for sure that impressed me with this company was that they knew the layout of the over all Arizona region. They knew of all the hot spots to go to, all the great night clubs and fancy restaurants, they even told me which ones had good service and the ones that were overpriced. They knew it all and it made for a fun night that me and my friends had. We went to Scottsdale and had a grand old time.
