They clear our cobwebs, get hard to reach windows, vacuum up all the dust and bugs stuck on the bottom of sliding doors, shampoo your screens and dust the window sills! I have used this service a few times and had a great experience each time. Mr. Akers could not be easier to work with- he has accommodated my schedule each time, making himself available to work both weekends and weekdays. He shows up on time, is extremely courteous, and he gets right to work. I have two dogs, which was not a problem for him. It's nice to not have to sequester them each time someone new comes by the house. I appreciate his work ethic- he's not on his cell phone while he's working, and he gives an accurate estimate of how long it will take him to complete the job, so I could plan my other activities accordingly. Price wise, I have been very happy. His rates were more reasonable than other services I have contacted, and the quality of his work is top notch. He cleaned all the exterior windows, removed and replaced the screens, handled any interior work that needed a little attention, and didn't leave a mess. My neighbors all stopped by after to get his contact information, as they were impressed by the quality of his work. Platinum View Window Cleaning has washed my company's windows for the past year. I've gone through a lot of window washers here at my large office building in La Jolla and Chaz at Platinum View Window Cleaning is the only guy that is respectable, honest, on time, and most importantly, CLEAN! He wears booties, cleans up after himself and makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves. My building is large with lots of skylights and is 1 block from the ocean. The salt air really obstructs the view at our office so I get the windows washed quarterly. Before I met Chaz at Platinum View Window Cleaning, I got quotes from other companies for window cleaning and pressure washing. Their quotes ranged from $1000 to $1800 for our building. The two man crew were both very professional and put on booties before entering our home. When he arrived, Chaz begun organizing his working tools in such a way that it impressed me, and at that moment I knew had hired the right guy! The estimate he gave me over the phone seemed lower than I expected for such a huge job having several windows with some on 15ft towers. He not only cleaned the exterior glass, but also all the interior windows, shower glass in the master bedroom, and 3 large mirrors in the gym. Honestly, I was surprised his quote included all this! Due to the weather, he spent at least 3+ extra hours cleaning at no additional cost.
