It surely wasn't dropped off that way. Brought it back and they did not have the proper belt but ordered ordered one right. They asked me to bring it back again to put it on however I had to cover the belt cost. The right thing to do would to be send a mechanic to my house and have it put on for free. This wasn't my mistake and the mechanic himself said "sorry" when I was there. Not coming back.

Within a day or two AJ called to advise that he was able to recover ALL of my lost data and even offered to restore my old computer, which is now a lightning fast "mirror image" of what it used to be, with a new 1 Gig solid state drive. PLEASE READ-Terrible Experience: I went to BMW Roxbury and got a 2 series, however after having the…read morecar for around 2 months the battery died in the middle of my commute to work with 0 warnings and I was fortunate enough to not be injured but very well could've ended differently if I was on the highway. Next thing you know it wasn't just the battery either it was some module that caused my car to fail at reading the VIN and the car was rendered useless and I had to physically push it off the road myself. I had gotten towed to a nearby BMW dealership and they did a diagnosis that said my car had a low battery at the mileage I bought it at, not sure how they didn't see this on the initial inspection at the dealership and nothing terrible showed up on the CarFax. I've been trying to reach my salesmen and even the managers and they always have some excuse why they can't talk to me or anything, I even sent them proof of the problem and was asking for at least something for the battery replacement but no answer, and no call back, just excuses. The warranty they offered was way more than it would've cost to fix my problem and it wouldn't have even covered the repair if i remember correctly(not to mention they gave me basically warn down brakes and I had to get them replaced by another party because they wanted a ridiculous amount for them as well). I knew BMW maintenance was going to be a problem but not this early on getting the car and I was hoping for a more responsive team, especially because when I was interested they kept blowing up my phone. Safe to say I will be at the very least getting maintenance done at a different dealership and NEVER returning to Roxbury unless it's to solve this issue.

Now I can't get him to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the tint that was done so poorly. I don't know what happened, but Sunrays has gone to s**t. It's like he doesn't care. With those modern versions, inside can seem like a maze and if you're used to the non-modern locations, it can take a little getting used to and knowing where you need to go. Everything was clean and well stocked. If you're going for movies, there's a very small selection for that. They also have CD's and of course vinyl. Of course they have the selection of books they always have and if something is not in the store, they can always order it for you. The employee who rang me out was very friendly and welcoming. This location shares the space with several other businesses and is part of a larger shopping area, which includes a Walmart. There is plenty of parking, though the overall parking lot is not the best designed. Overall a good location and one I'd return to if I'm in the area again.
