I have bought nearly every pattern in newborn to toddler sizes. These sweet jammies grow with your little one, extending the life of the outfit. The foldover cuffs on both hands and feet extend its usability and ensure comfort and it is nice to have the option to fold over at nighttime. The magnetic closures make diaper changes quick and silent--an absolute lifesaver during the middle of the night as my daughter has stated numerous times now! Plus, the fabric (modal) is silky soft, breathable, and perfect for sensitive skin. My daughter and son-in-law literally dress the boys in these for daytime and nighttime now because they love them so much. Another recent purchase that was a hit is the Widgeon Polartec fleece coat, which I believe is a must have outerwear piece for infants and toddlers. I wish we had these when my kids were little. The flap-over-flap design with a hook-and-loop closure makes dressing and undressing frustration-free, while the double-layered soft fleece fabric keeps them warm and cozy. It's stylish, functional, easy to put on without a fuss from the boys, and has the hood attached with easy gathering to keep it around their face. The boys do not fuss at all when we put these on them and it is so easy and fast! What makes this boutique truly special is its dedication to exceptional customer service. She dangled my bracelet at me, and dropped it in my hand while shuffling me out the door, apparently I was not as important as their preferred clientele who spend big bucks on glittering diamond necklaces & rings as prominently displayed in their store. I didn't let it go at that, and argued the point that I had done business with them before, and felt her disposition was (hard business) rather than a friendly store for repeat customers. As it turned out, when I went across town to another store that was very similar, a store with glittering tennis diamond necklaces on black velvet displays, in there also were an aging couple minding the store that they own, with a helpful clerk and a bench jeweler. To my relief, my request was granted without hassle, for a price of $70.00. It was so worth it, because later that evening when I searched on line for a similar tennis gemstone bracelet set in gold, the price now is around $1,200. about 6 X what I paid for in 2009. As far as I'm concerned, my request was important, and rather an intelligent one.

Both of these shoes have exhibited the same problem; the sole is separating from the shoe and after very little actual use. We understand the limit of returns/exchanges is 30 days and under normal circumstances do understand the policy. We were given the New Balance phone number which we appreciated but I would have expected the store to take a more active role in addressing this with New Balance on our behalf. We purposely bought locally to support business in Lee's Summit but given this experience, we might as well buy on-line.
