The weather in oklahoma is a cold flurry mix and if I didn't love my dog soooo much, I wouldn't left my home today! The old navy is next door to petsmart so I decided to stop. The store is practically empty with the exception of three customers and myself. The staff are working (talking to each other) and never greeted me or even turn a head in my direction. That's cool because I wan to look quickly and get out. I find a shirt and go straight to the cashier. Someone is ahead of me being rung up and another cashier is working on clothing he looks directly at me and looks down without a smile or word.. I just wait patiently for the cashier to finish with the customer ahead, she finishes I step up she turns her back and starts taking clothes out of a bottom bin and talking to the other cashier. At this point I'm still standing with items to check out and haven't been acknowledged. Oh well, I leave the clothes at the register and walk out. What's with people now a days. I'm the customer I shouldn't have to ask to spend money or be acknowledged at your business. Bad customer service. When I say I will never enter this store again, I will never ever shop here again.

An employee was loudly looking for the owner of a Tesla because my dog was inside the car, even though Dog Mode was on, the AC was set to 70 degrees, and the temperature was clearly displayed on the screen. I immediately explained that the car was in Dog Mode and that my dog was completely safe. What bothered me most was that even after the situation was clarified, there was still no apology for the way it was handled publicly. I completely understand people caring about animal safety, but situations like this should be approached respectfully and after actually checking the circumstances first. Tesla Dog Mode exists specifically to keep pets safe and climate controlled while owners briefly go inside stores. Staff should be educated about this before publicly accusing customers.

While I was planning on spending money there on this pair of shorts I was really wanting, I ended up putting them back after not getting any help or acknowledgement from anyone. Another example was when I asked where their sale shoes were and one of them just pointed in a general direction without saying a word and walked away, leaving me to try to find them myself. Even when I walked out of the dressing room there was a daughter and her mom trying on dresses and the sales lady was doting on them but didn't give me a second glance when I came out of the dressing room right beside them. I work at a luxury retail store myself as a manager and I would never let something like this happen. It was a very upsetting experience and so I would highly recommended instead going to Balliets instead which is close by. They had a much better selection of contemporary clothing along with all the sales staff being super friendly and helpful the entire time to me.

She did not show any interest in a customer who can afford what she wants but had a single question to ask.
