There was room for her to park next to the store WITHOUT blocking the fire lane. Two cars behind me jumped two curbs to get around her No complaints about the store itself, just upsetting that she refused to move her car that was blocking traffic in a firelane. Worst workers ever. It's only ever teenage girls working here, and they are all SO RUDE and make it seem like you're bothering them when you want to drop off clothes, pick up, or check out. I'm the same age as them and I would never treat a customer with attitude or as rudely as these girls do everytime I come in. This store is very overstocked so they rarely take much in, and when they do it's offered extremely low. They won't show you what they're taking unless you ask, SO MAKE SURE YOU ASK and make sure they don't steal anything! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. For selling or buying!! I have brought my items in several times to this location. Not only do they rampage through your items and return them to you with everything unfolded, two pieces mixed in, the box or bag you brought it in returns broken, BUT they also stained multiple of my items. Most of my items were NWT, never worn and never taken out of the bag the came in. When i was reorganizing my sell pile i noticed they had TRIED multiple of my items on - leaving armpit stains and deodorant marks all over items i have never worn before. As well as some items STOLEN ( i always asked to see what they took so i could keep track or get the itemized list). I also found several items covered with someones lunch!!!!! They tried to cover up the stains by turning my items inside out so i wouldnt see what they had done. when i picked them up last they said they didnt take a lot of items due to stains---- THE ONES THEY STAINED!!!! I am so disgusted by how disrespectful they are to peoples items, especially if you plan on selling elsewhere your SOL, because now your items are stained and not sellable. and if you do want to get the stains out and wash them- your items wont be NWT anymore. Literally not worth the hassle or time for their high school kids to ruin your belongings or steal them. The people that work here lack knowledge of properly pricing items and plain out lack integrity and respect. If you want to take in your nicest items/ and expensive- like lululemon, be prepared to get $2 lol. seriously. RUN. read more

overstocked, hard to look through, fitting rooms only have 1 hook to hang clothes on, they took a few items when i donated but dont expect even 10$ for something originally over 150$, i wouldnt recommend selling expensive items, but some clothing is decently priced and i rarely find anything stained or damaged. read more

the ser was terrible, the workers were rude and it looked like she didn't want to be there and kept looking at me with attitude so I gave attitude back. went for the first time to take my clothes that's practically new barely used and only took two items... which I think its stupid because I looked around and most of the clothes on the racks was old and out of style and it smelled like pee in two of the aisles. read more

Jan 25th I went to return a item I had got Tuesday, it was a cute pair of shoes but not the right size, I went in and asked if I could exchange it for an item, the worker there gave me attitude and wouldnt let me exchange it when it was only 2 days, not 7. Which is what the lady told me. I'm not sure of her name but she had very very short black hair. if you tell me one thing when it comes to money then please be honest. This store has the absolute worst workers ever! I'm never welcomed nor helped when shopping around the store. My most recent encounter was two teenage girls literally arguing about who should help me when I wanted a fitting room, when they finally decided who should help me the girl that did help me was very mad and started throwing my clothes around. (Keep in mind I'm not some old cranky lady I'm the same age as the girls that are working at this store). Then when I was ready to check out the girls repeated to argue again! This is the exact conversation they had: Girl 1: "Hey _____ can you get her?" *as she's folding clothes* Girl 2: "No I got the last person" Girl 1: "We'll I'm busy" Girl 2:"ughh" She then proceeds to walk to a different register then the one I was standing out, and doesn't even say "I can get you over here" she literally just said: "Come over here if you want me to check you out" read more

I don't ever have an amazing experience here, but I normally chalk it up to kids working there. Today was so disappointing in their store. I had just got brand new items from Zara, and I had lost my receipt so I could not return it to their website (they were a bit too big on me personally). I took them to Plato's and they said my items were "too stained". I checked each item of clothing individually and nothing had a speck out of place. I understand they get a lot of clothes and have to turn some away, but out of three whole buckets of clean, folded, brand new items, not a single shirt was usable? Really? read more

I came in yesterday just to look around without having anything in mind but the young worker there (I think his name was Ethan?) was extremely kind and helpful and a joy to talk to! He helped me out with finding a great pair of tennis shoes and just seemed so happy to work there and assist me and some other customers. great experience and will be coming back! read more

Every time I've been in here I've seen workers giving me nasty looks and whispering about me. I've heard from others they had the same issue and they refuse to buy clothes that they didn't seem "good" even if they were purchased from there in the past and in the exact same condition they sold them as. Your better off donating your stuff or selling somewhere else because they rip you off pretty bad too. Nobody should get 20$ for an item that retails for 90$+ read more

I've been to this location two times to sell some clothing items. Both times they bought a few items, but not all the items I had brought in. I totally understand their reasoning with what they can buy from you. Everything I have brought in has been in great condition. I brought in some very nice, practically new looking, and expensive jeans. They accepted some and others not. I would say I was a little surprised, but to be honest I was kind of expecting it. I moved to this area from California and understand styles are different in different parts of the country. However, I do consider myself fashion forward and the area I lived in (socal) is very fashion forward. So, when I was browsing the store while they were looking over my items I was not impressed with the clothing items they have bought from people. It seemed to me most of the brands were cheap brands - forever 21, etc. I feel like if you want a good deal on clothes, go to a inexpensive store before you buy used clothing. Not that you can't find a good deal here, but overall I was not impressed. I'm not offended they didn't take some of my clothing, really I am not.
