I even said before I went if that was brought up, I am a believer (Lisa didnt know this) This long day. Well, after losing my mom I became manic and that LONG day she was asking me about was the start of my mania and I knew that day because i was up overBeset Al 48 hours after that long day. I work normally 4 hours and I worked 12. I deal with disabilities and that is not healthy and I knew as the day went on and my boss even noticed. It scared me and I knew I needed help on that day she spoke of....my long day. I was not only blown away by her accuracy she felt like an old friend. She was cautious and yes spoke of her life and gave personal experiences that I LOVED bec I not only could see her experience but she related it to me and my life. I left blown away and have seen her now several times and she also has a podcast (look her up) excellent stuff if you're interested in not only healing but personal growth. There are so many skeptics out there but you know what they are just miserable people who if were open to it could get healing and live a more fulfilled and joyous life. Go to Lisa. Oh, one more thing is that i was so concerned about my health . I couldnt drive to see her. She called me and went over our time to not only give me an amazing reading but resources then she emailed me as she promised links etc to help me. ; I am just recommending her bec she is a really good person who genuinely cares about people and their happiness and growth physical and mentally. The day of, she and her coworker showed up right on time. They set up withing a few mins, and got things underway. Both therapists were attentive to individual needs, periodically checking in to ensure proper pressure, etc. My sister-in-law and I had Gabriella, and I can honestly say, this was one of the best massages either of us had ever gotten. She clearly knows her craft. I highly recommend Gabriella the next time you find yourself in Asheville. We will most certainly be using her again next year when we are back.

The young lady who worked on me was a newer person. She tried but I got the worst French gel nails I've ever had. After less than a week this manicure was chipping and peeling, and they were weirdly shaped. I hated them and they were poorly done. We talked a bit about what I wanted and I knew I wanted a change and color but not much beyond that. She assured me I'd be in good hands with Hayley. Hayley was great. She brought out color swatches and talked through some different options. There's a cute waiting area in a quiet space in the back while your color sets as well. Perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee. They have heated towels for your neck/head during your shampoo as well. Hayley was so sweet and answered any questions I had without ever being sales person-y or pushy (when should I get my color touched up? Should I do more or less product with my hair having such a fine texture? Etc. ) I'm so happy with how it turned out. I wanted a rich brunette with fall highlights you could see but not Kelly Clarkson chunky. So happy and I've already booked my follow up.

I've gotten pedicures there recently and decided to try their hair stylist. I was given a name Frankie and proceeded to schedule an appointment. Before the appointment, I showed her a photo of my desired style. She looked over it several times and guided me to shampoo station where she pushed my head and hair around way too harshly and without much care as to how it felt. When I said, "hey, slow down", she responded, "we're either a good fit, or not!" Hmm? The cut was exactly the opposite of what I had asked for, after asking to see the photo several times. Now, I will say that it was in no way the cut I requested but the worst part was after going there for a pedicure and mentioning my displeasure to my pedi person about the haircut and she agreed there was no similarity between the photo and my hair. No problem. It's not the first haircut that I got where I wasn't satisfied. And because of Frankie's (Trish?) attitude at the appointment, I didn't dare go back and complain. All that being said, I attempted to make another Pedi appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments for me. No explanation, nothing, just no appointment for me! So, hopefully, the owner,Melinda is reading this and will explain where their professionalism came from. Thanks for listening. I just received a response from Melinda on my post. None of what she said was in any way accurate. The desk person stated that all she knew was that she was not allowed to schedule me AND at the time I was getting the cut, there were a total of one other client and Liz in the entire salon when I was there and the only person who said anything negative was the stylist. I was too shocked to speak. I in no way complained about the cut to her, but it was mentioned to Liz who had referred me to the stylist, when I was there a week later.
