We celebrated our daughter Joelle's FOURozen Birthday Celebration at Play and Parties just a few weeks ago and it was such a beautiful party! Joelle was in Frozen Princess Heaven! We are so thankful to the Owner and Director, Lisa, and the entire Play and Parties team as well as the beautiful Elsa and Anna characters and the cute Olaf character for their exceptional performance for Joelle and our family and friends! Lisa was such a pleasure to work with and available to answer questions prior to the party. She was so kind and responsive via text and phone and also allowing us to come in the day before to bring in decorations and favors for the party as well as meet with our event coordinator/balloon designer. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure every detail and decoration was perfect! She provided a plethora of gorgeous decorations and linens to make sure the cake table and backdrop looked amazing! She even stayed late into the evening the night before decorating to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go for our party. Lisa and her team worked quickly and efficiently and Joelle's party was perfect! Joelle was in awe of the beautiful Queen Elsa and Princess Anna and had so much fun dressing up and singing and dancing! It was so wonderful to have the special addition of Olaf as well! Honestly, these folks are FANTASTIC. We hosted a birthday party there recently for a 5 year old, and everyone at Play & Parties executed it flawlessly and exactly in line with anything that I had specified, and what we had discussed. After booking, we didn't hear from them constantly checking in or anything - I gave them direction on what theme and type of vibe we were going for, then I booked, and then they're working in the background (in addition to everything else they're doing) and they will GET IT DONE. Lisa is insanely busy, so even though we had a few missed phone calls/texts back and forth, she hadn't forgotten about me; your party still going to be perfect - never fear. The characters were SO GOOD about staying in character. Honestly, the lead character was the most hugely professional, committed character actor EVER. And with all the activities and dancing that they did for two hours, I was stunned she was never out of breath or having to stop for a water break - HA!! This review is so long over due. We had our daughter's 6th birthday here and it went off without a hitch. Lisa and her crew did an amazing job with everything. From communicating all our needs to setup of the facility and entertaining the kids. We had over 25 kids plus parents attend and everyone said this was the best birthday party they have been to. The parents sat back and relaxed while the kids had a blast with sleeping beauty and spiderman. I can't say enough about Lisa and her crew. Her face painter is top notch and Lisa handled the logistic so the kids were not waiting in line the whole time to get their face painted. This was our first time at play and parties. We decided to have my 7 year olds unicorn/rainbow/fairy party there and all the kids had a great time. Their team did an amazing job. The decor was great and I didn't have to do anything! My daughter had a lot of fun and came home with a lot of cute things to remember her party. I chose this place for my daughters 3rd birthday. The kids loved it. It was Trolls themed. I had a live person as Poppy and a costumed Branch. Danielle, who played Poppy, was amazing and could not have been better. The kids loved her. She did a good job keeping the games going and the kids entertained and God Bless the young ladies who had to wear the Branch costume for 2 1/2 hours because it had to be hot but they still were amazing. Due to Covid my daughters party had to be moved twice. Lisa, the owner, and her assistant Megan accommodated everything each time. I actually really liked dealing with them. They could not have been nicer and so open to all of my suggestions for the party. I especially liked that you can cater in outside food and there was no extra charge to do so. The only issues I had were the baker they used for my daughters cake had poor communication and it almost was an issue. Lisa did an amazing job at communicating with me, letting me know as things were happening and came through with a great backup solution. I did also pay for the photographer add-on. I did not like the pics because they looked like someone just took random pics that anyone could have done. Lisa again was great and had the photographer finish the pics so they looked better. I think in hind site I would have just hired an actual photographer for more polished pictures since the upgrade fee is the same cost of hiring my own person. Lisa and her staff seriously were so kind and wanted nothing more than the event to go well for my daughter and the kids. I would recommend this play for kids parties. read more

This lovely place is such a dream for my kids, ages 3 & 4! They have the most adorable, themed classes everyday for kids to participate in. The characters are epic & SO good with kids. This is THE place to go for the empty time after preschool or nap, but before dinner because they have a daily class at 4:30. And on days when preschool is closed, and especially when it's a trillion degrees out or it's raining, the daily 10:30 class is the perfect solution! My daughter fell in love with Play and Parties and staff on our first visit and we are so glad we decided to book here instead of those jumping places. ALL kids had a blast and at the end wish we would have booked an extra hour because kids did not want to leave! Our theme was Descendants and we were a little worried the boys and younger kids might be bored, but Uma and Mal did a great job in including everyone and both had great energy! What a great place for my kiddos. My lil 2yo is always so excited to come here and play and run around. EVERYONE who works here is so patient and loving with her and my son as well, he's 8 and even he thinks it's "pretty cool"! Everyday we come here I see my kids grow further into being kids, using their imaginations and playing with others and listening and following directions. They do a great job keeping my littles and ALL littles engaged and special. I wish I could work here cuz it's such a great place to be. I never wanna leave. Play and Parties not only had Encanto characters but the staff who play the characters are just amazing and you can obviously tell they love what they do. They were just amazing and all of the kiddos just loved playing with them. Mirabel, Isabella and Bruno were so great and the kids could not leave them alone! Play and Parties also did everything for us, we just had to tell them what our daughter wanted and give a head count and everything was done. We did not have to worry about a thing which is a tremendous help because my wife is working two jobs and I work full time and part time law school at night.
