My 3 year old niece loves coming here. We have been bringing her for 2 weeks and she had a blast. Teacher Lisa and Stephanie are amazing. Love see her smile and be super happy. Totally recommend it for 3 year old. Perfect 1 hr entertainment for children during the week

I had my daughter's 4th birthday at Play & Parties earlier this month. The theme was Sleeping Beauty, and we had Princess Aurora and Prince Philip. The characters were amazing. They were so entertaining, interactive, lively and handled the kids so well. Although it was a princess party, they made sure all the games were inclusive for both the girls and the boys. The kids had so much fun with them. What I value the most with Play & Parties is the staff and the work they put into planning and hosting the party. From the decorations, cake, food, set up, and clean up, it was very organized and professional. They did everything! They were also accommodating to my specific color scheme request and delivered my vision. I highly recommend Play & Parties.

Lisa and John are awesome. They are kind people and talented artists. They held a Rapunzel birthday party for my 6 years old daughter. There are two characters, a glitter tattoo station, and a caricature artist. They decorated the party beautifully with details and colors I want. They did a fantastic job with attention to details and the guests had a great time. We are very satisfied and happy. I hope to use their party service again in the future.

WOW!! Lisa, John and their staff blew us away today. When I walked into the venue, my jaw literally dropped to the floor because the decor was on point, beautifully done and you could tell they put their heart into making our party spectacular!! Everything from the cake, balloons, tablescapes, arts and crafts... just perfect! The performers were truly magical too and my daughter could not stop smiling all day. Elsa, played by Mallory, was able to captivate all of the busy/crazy kids. Her voice held the attention of the entire room as she led the fun activities, games and songs. She also sang "Let It Go" so beautifully and my daughter was truly memorized. Finally, she gave the party goers cute and shiny tattoos. My daughter refuses to wash it off now! Everyone could tell Mallory had experience, showmanship, stage presence and talent. She did an amazing performance as Elsa. Cinderella, played by Abigail, was such a sweetheart and so loving towards my daughter. She personally interacted with Lauren many times, making her feel incredibly special and important. Lauren was very drawn to her especially when she went looking for that missing glass slipper. Lauren chose to wear her Cinderella pJs tonight for bed and asked if Cinderella could come over for dinner haha, thank you Abigail :) Unicorn Sprinkles, played by Mia, was a happy and vibrant Mascot. Her movements were upbeat, social and interactive. She was always willing to take as many photos with guests and danced/stood the entire time! And that is one hot and heavy costume to wear for over 2 hours! I remember she even made horse sounds when we took photos, which cracked me up. Great performance by Mia! Extra staff - the company hired a ton of additional staff to help move things along. I really appreciated how the staff catered towards the needs of every child and made everything feel organized. The owner, Lisa, really loves what she does and she puts her soul into her work. She supervises the entire event, reads the environment, steps-in when needed and tailors each activity to the crowd. At first my daughter was shy, but Lisa was able to open her up and soon enough she was jumping for joy. We now have memories we will cherish forever.

Thank you! Harper Katherine Struble and a few girlfriends celebrated her 6th birthday with Play and Parties. Class. Perfection. Fantastic Tiana! We could not have asked for a better time of Fantasy, Fun and Forever Memories! Thanks, Lisa and staff!

The place was magical and the cake(s (which they did) turned out amazing.

Miss Lisa and all the staff are amazing. We had my daughter's 7th and my son's 4th BDay on the same day. They coordinated everything very well and decorations were so cute and just what we wanted. They are amazing with kids and so kind. Everyone had a great time and we were relaxed! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a party place.

This is the place where your child's dream will literally come true. Lisa is the head of this company, and from the beginning of the planning process, she was so enthusiastic, and you can tell she genuinely wants you and your child to be happy. They take care of everything. Literally, all I had to do was bring the lunch and drinks for the adults, and the goody bags - and they take care of: ordering the cake and cupcakes, BRINGING the cake and cupcakes from bakery to the location, preparing a boxed lunch for each child, which included pizza, grapes, and goldfish crackers. They do all the entertaining and announcing, literally I felt like a guest at my own party. I was actually able to enjoy it, and even was able to mingle with my adult friends while the kids were all having fun with the characters! We chose to hire two characters for my daughter's 3rd birthday, Moana and Minnie Mouse. The parties are 2 hrs long but we paid for an extra hour to accommodate all our guests schedules, and it was definitely worth it. The host Lisa, and the characters and their sidekicks were SO patient, never looked stressed or annoyed, and kept checking with me to ask if it's a good time to start the lunch, the cake, the entertainment, everything. During one of the activities which was high energy, my other daughter ran up to me and thanked me for having this party! Everyone left so happy, and we did not have to do the cleanup or any setup for this. 100000% recommend this place for your child's birthday party, and we will be booking with them again for next year! Thank you Lisa, for your genuine love for doing this.

It takes not only a creative mind but also incredible skills and effort to make a kids dream party come true. My son wanted to have a Batman theme party for his 5th birthday and I cannot thanks enough to Lisa and her team for the magic they created. It felt like a little Batman cave and the Batman artist blew everybody's mind. From the decorations to the kids activities everything was well planned and full on kids entertainment for 2 hours. Overall we had a blast at Play & Parties and will say if you have a party vision just tell to Lisa & her team and they will turn your dream into a reality.

    Story / dance time!

I truly wish I could give this location way more than 5 stars!! This place is beyond amazing! It's a very unique event space. I've never seen anything like it. Basically it's a young child's activity / event space that specializes in bringing beloved characters to meet and interact with the kids! From a parent's perspective, this location spares no expense. You can tell the organizers of the event work super hard to plan and make sure the event is non-stop fun! The characters, too, are super professional and lovable. Our Princesses sang, danced, and kept up with the kids during all the games! They were super sweet and let the kids take as many pictures with them as they wanted! Our first visit here was for the Royal Princess Ball. For this event kids ages 3 and up were asked to come dressed in their favorite Princess attire (so happy to get more use out of all my daughter's Princess dresses) and enjoy an afternoon with not one, not two, but THREE Disney Princesses! I've never seen my daughter so happy, especially when she got to play her favorite game alongside Cinderella! Dare I say: it was a dream come true! The kids also had 'tea time' with the Princesses, complete with treats and pink lemonade! Each child given her own pre-made and wrapped plate with cookies and rice crispy treats! While the kids enjoyed some drinks and snacks, the Princesses taught them a tea time song and learned all the kids' names! I could go on but it's time so say goodbye, but we will 100% be back again very soon! If not for a special event but for their regular daily classes!

We held my daughter's 5th birthday here and we were very happy with everything! The entire team did a fabulous job with the decoration, entertainment and coordination. I highly recommend going with them for a kids birthday party, you won't be disappointed! Mallory was our Elsa and she was amazing - kept the kids entertained the entire time. I'm sure we'll be using them for more events in the future!

My son loves play and parties and Ms. Lisa! We have been members for a few months and enjoy having so many class options to attend. Ms. Lisa not only incorporates dance, music and creativity, she also engages kids in educational material and social and emotional learning. The play date performers and mascots are always in character, very interactive and kind. Bonus: at the end of every class, all the kids get a balloon animal. Highly recommend trying out a few classes.

    Frozen characters Ana & Elsa
    Alex P.

We attended a Frozen themed birthday party here and the characters were great! Big shout out to the woman who played Ana, she was a dynamic performer & was on the floor the entire time of the party interacting with the kids. Her singing was surprisingly really good and she had a great upbeat attitude. The women who played Elsa was good as well, but she came to the party notably later than Ana. Overall the kids had a great time and were entertained the entire party

We celebrated my son 5th birthday last weekend and it turned out great. Thank you to all the staff for putting together such a fun party. We also loved all the decorations and the great service. We highly recommend Play and Parties to all parents who are looking for a place to throw a great party for your child. You will have a great experience.

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

I appreciate that. It's overload, but it doesn't feel like overload. With all that said, I think more than most rides/attractions at Disneyland, this one is a skip for me. It's nor horrible, but you're not missing anything by not going on it. I've always seen this as either a time killer or a 'huh. Haven't been on this in forever.' It's never anywhere near my list of things to do when I come to the park. It's just kinda...there. And I feel like the fact that it is constantly retooled speaks for that. I feel like the park doesn't really know what to do with this space. They keep trying to keep thing relevant, but just never really get it right.

I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). Cons: not a big deal at all, but I walked into the wrong room once and other people walked into our group room 2-3 times while in the glow room. I don't think it was a big deal but would be good to have the party name on the door to prevent this. Parking was packed as they share the lot with the rest of the shopping center. Before COVID they used to have in house workshops, but now they take the party out to the kids in city community centers, schools, etc. My friend planned a service event here so I came over to help out for a couple of hours. All the parts for the project were laid out at various stations and we went down like an assembly line and filled bags with the items to create a project-in-a-bag for each child. If I was a kid in elementary school receiving a project bag like this to put together with other classmates, I would be totally stoked.
