He communicated directly via text and email before we even arrived and provided a lot of valuable advice and suggestions to plan our trip to Eugene and the surrounding area. When we arrived to the B&B it was like coming to a second home with a welcoming relative. Every detail and comfort was considered and present in advance. The estate is massive and yet homey simultaneously. Tom was a tremendous host throughtout our 3 day stay and cooked and served a delicious and fresh breakfast daily. Also charged our Tesla at no cost, told interesting stories about his home and the region, and recommended places to visit. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay a 5-star+++ experience. If all that was not enough, Tom picked berries with our 5-year old in his orchard, gave her cooking lessons, and kept her entertained while we rested. Can't recommend McKenzie Orchard Inn enough and can't thank Tom enough for his warmth and hospitality.

We had a third person, so the provided a futon mattress for us to use. We had the top room that has the view and the deck. The room was huge, nicely furnished and stocked with snacks, water and toiletries. The breakfast was seriously amazing. Totally, beyond expectations. We had crustless quiche, fresh strawberries, potatoes, bacon, fresh juice, fresh coffee, Im probably forgetting something else. This was a great location for us, on our way back from Bend, but wanted to still go to the hot springs nearby. Price was reasonable for what we were getting too. We really enjoyed chatting with Sharon and her husband and hearing about the history of the Round House. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the McKenzie River Round House to anyone needing a little R&R away from home.

The countryside on the way to sweet springs is beautifully breathtaking.  I was greeted by the hostess, Alyssa. She was very welcoming and friendly along with her dogs , pigs and a few chickens. She showed me to the chalet. The first things I noticed was how clean it was and beautifully decorated. Alyssa has thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. The special touches were nice. I loved the electric fire place, make up remover cloth and I spent the morning in the fuzzy robe and slippers provided. A fresh breakfast of pancakes and  fruit were hand delivered. Absolutely delightful! My stay was quick as I was just passing through but it was wonderful and I would go back for a longer stay to check out the area and relax a little longer at the sweet springs chalet. I highly recommend you check it out and book a stay!

It was a bit dark but we could definitely tell how cute and adorable this place was from the outside! The Victorian style architecture, the details, and the decorations around the house were phenomenal! The dining room, living room and even the restrooms were all filled with an antique feel furniture, books, etc. I loved the details on the door hands to the door hinges. My boyfriend was in awe of all the working sliding door hinges as they were older style - but definitely new. The breakfast was amazing - as I believe Josh cooked for us. I was stuffed! Even the breakfast service was delicious as Josh and Miriam joined us for a morning conversation as well~ The next morning, we went around the house to have a better look and you can definitely tell they put in a lot of work! Inside the living room is an old photo of how the house looked. And if you see it now - it looks exactly the same! Their yard looks amazing to have a cup of coffee/tea in and even have a little train area in the back! They also have a cat who is very friendly. (The cat is not allowed indoors FYI.) Overall, we LOVED this place and is definitely a place to stay at! This has so far been the BEST bread & breakfast place I have ever stayed at. The property is convenient to Corvallis and surrounding towns. Kelly was kind enough to bring her macaw Pico to visit the care home where my aunt lives. It was the highlight of their day! Baloo, the Bouvier dog accompanied me on the morning walk around the 30 acres where I enjoyed the fresh air and his company. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Kelly and Bob were friendly and gracious hosts. I highly recommend their B&B and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Should mention that the rooms are up 14 stair steps to the second floor.

She made us feel like we were home. The atmosphere of the Catbird Seat B&B was everything we needed that weekend. The decor looked like it was out of a magazine....stunning! Elizabeth prepared a delicious country breakfast that made me want more. She treated us every afternoon with a refreshing pitcher of ice tea that I could not get enough of.
