Prices are definitely on the higher end, but hey, you get what you pay for. So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Definitely above and beyond! Pretty stoked on their work and attention to detail!

Everyone here treated me like a king. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and kind gesture was unmatched. Flying around the country is a rewarding experience. My time in Bend was incredible, especially when I visited the Nike Store. No tax! Wait, what? No taxes on sneakers. Give me a few pairs haha :). If you're in the area, I highly recommend you make a stop here for an hour and carefully take time to walk the store. The sneaker selection here was unlike any other Nike store I visited outside the Seattle location. I was in awe during my time in-store. I've always thought that maybe she was having a bad day and always try to approach her in a friendly manner.I work in customer service and know that it is difficult to continually answer questions and handle people that are difficult. But it doesn't matter, she's always salty and a couple of weeks ago she was the worst. Admittedly, they do have a few people that are always helpful.
