Despite that, they immediately stepped up and sent me a replacement and even made sure it would arrive before Christmas. That level of integrity and customer service is rare these days. I told her that I had purchased two pairs just before COVID so that I could alternate days of wearing the shoes. The store closed for COVID before I could return the defective pair. Instead of wearing out the one pair, I decided to wear the defective pair until the store reopened. I even showed her both pairs of shoes so that she could see the defect for herself. Both the clerk and manager, whom she called over to examine the shoes, were very nasty and treated me like a criminal, although I did nothing to violate their return policy. I also had my bike tuned up and repaired there. Some of the services for which I had paid were not completed. When I asked to have them done, the mechanic was very nasty. When I took the bike with me on an RV trip across country, one of my riding companions, who is a triathlete, pointed out other problems that should have been repaired. I will never use the repair shop at this location again!

I…read morewanted to demo rackets to buy and heard about their program where you can try two rackets per week for a month. I called at 6:45pm and talked with a very nice gentleman who worked there. I told him I wanted to try the program and I asked him to check to see if they have the two rackets. I wanted to try out and he did have them. I mentioned that I could arrive in three minutes and asked him if it was OK to come because I knew they closed at 7pm. He said yes it's great to come and that he would set them aside for me. When I arrived exactly three minutes later after my conversation with the gentleman employee from Your Serve, I went to the door of the store and verified the hours are posted closing at seven. However the door was locked and the lights were dim. I saw the gentleman at the counter, so I knocked. Jill came forward immediately, shaking her head no at me through the door. I told her through the door that I had just called and was told to come and she said it did not matter. She said it is too close to closing and they are closed and I could not come in. It was currently 6:52pm. I told her I'd already had it all set aside and it would be a quick process and she said no it is not a quick process. It would take at least 10 minutes. I said we have eight minutes and mentioned that this is poor customer service to tell someone to come and then to close 10 minutes early. She said "we have excellent customer service " and told me emphatically that I would have to come back the next day because she had decided to close now. When I came back the next day, she did not even remember who I was until I mentioned that I had come the night before. She went and got another gentleman to help me. The process to get the rackets that day from start to finish took three minutes, not the ten she said it would take. I would highly recommend going to a different tennis store than this location. The horrible customer service as well as lying about how long something would take to close early after telling a customer to come less than 3 min earlier was incredibly frustrating. Also of note, when I mentioned this experience to several of my tennis friends, I heard of many similar experiences with Jill in particular so I know this is not a one time negative experience with her.

My husband thinks that this is an oxymoron but to me, it makes perfect sense because of the original Birkenstock sandal. I like the idea of an open "slip on". This store did not really have what I wanted but I have noticed that their selection is very poor and not because of quantity but quality. I challenged my husband to find one pair of ladies boots that were leather and he couldn't. Even once trusted brands that only delivered quality leather option have gone with vegan leather. Now, here is the deal, I don't mind that you prefer to sell vegan leather but the lower quality should be reflected in the price. Also, I think the boxes should carry a special marker to indicate that the product is not leather. As a general practice, I would love for stores to organize their shoes according to leather and non-leather options for the sake of convenience. This store chain has become the Dollar Store of shoes and is no longer an option for me.
