I gave up and ordered from Zappos (what I should have done in the first place, but I was trying to support a local small business). When I tried to cancel my order, the owner insisted on charging me a restocking fee on a pair of shoes that I didn't want to start with. When I called this morning to cancel, they couldn't even cancel my order over the phone. I will never do business with them again. I've got better things to do with my money than to waste it on dishonest businesses.
