You can find a lot of local sports team merch here too. I picked up a couple of magnets and a WKRP sticker. For those not in the know, WKRP used to be an old sitcom from the late 70's-80's about a radio station in Cincinnati. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the historic art deco style Carew Tower. This tower is also home to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland. The interior although grand was sparsely occupied by businesses. Ghost town vibes for sure however the grand architecture within the building is worth walking around in. The only difficulty we had was finding parking. This shop is in the downtown area and parking spaces are hard to come by. My husband ended up driving around and picked me up when I finished shopping.

The staff was super friendly and helped me use a coupon to score a discount on my purchases. I also really liked that this store had lots of places to sit down and try on your shoes. Sometimes, I've felt at DSW that there were so many people that it was hard to have some personal space while you shop. The clearance section here had a great selection, but the discounts didn't feel particularly strong. All in all, I had a good experience shopping here and would definitely come back.

I did not like the styles everything was different dull shades of brown from purses and bags to clothes. I was asking her about her oils for my skin care routine and she made it very clear she was not interested in serving me or people who look like me AT All. I couldn't remember the name of the store but felt it was important to warn people especially in the OTR community that she is not for us. She was making the ugliest faces at me and I asked her which one if her oils would give me skin a glow she replied side eyed, "Any of them". I left and never went back. The oils were already pretty pricey which I didn't mind until I saw how nasty she was. I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. You'd think they'd want to step customer service up in brick and mortar stores. Another reason why I prefer to shop online.
