My kiddo loves coming here. It's one of our favorite places to go during the weekdays. It's never too busy and even when there are other families, there's enough space and stations for everyone to spread out. It's very clean and organized. All their set ups are so cute and there are plenty of learning stations for kids too. It's a great variety of stations for all kinds of interests. They give you a token to redeem for a free snack at the end of your visit which my kiddo loves every time we come here. The staff is always very friendly too. The only thing I don't love is that you have to make a reservation for the play session you want and it's not that long. I can understand that it's probably for the purpose of cleaning in between sessions and regulating the amount of people coming in but I think for the price it should be longer play times. This place is great! It allows kids to use their imaginations to play and create. There is a slime creation station where for an additional $7 you and your kiddo can make slime. Keep in mind it's best to reserve a time slot (this is something new they just started), but definitely worth a visit if you are available during the week. After seeing the new Play Street Museum a few times when passing through this shopping center, I figured it was time to take my kiddos to give it a try. Let me just say--they had a BLAST! Play Street is a fun kid's activity + play "museum" right next to a couple restaurants and coffee shop (perfect for you busy mamas who need some playtime). The museum has SO many fun activities from "real life" houses/grocery store/canoe/RV/etc. to toys, science activities, blocks and books, arts and crafts, dress up games, and more! It's pretty much free play (unless they have an event going on). I brought my 6 year old and 16 month old around 12 on a weekday, and there was only 1 other mom with her 2 kids there. I'm not sure of their policies when there are more kids, but they did take temperatures at the door and have plenty of sanitizer and room to spread out. There are different places to sit for parents who want to get some work done (yes, WiFi ) or you can play with the kiddos as well! No food/drinks are allowed, except water! But they do have snacks and drinks available for purchase, and they even let each kiddo pick out a snack for free at the end! As a mom who worries like any, I felt completely safe letting my kids run free in here! My kids had a blast! We can't wait to bring them back. read more

Ok, I somewhat feel bad for being the first to rate this lower than a 4. Did I miss something!? They are no longer taking reservations, worked for me as I just drove by and decided to check it out without an appointment. The lady at the front was super sweet, wish I had gotten her name and upon entering she did check temperatures (however masks were no longer enforced.) It was pretty crowded when we came so adult seating was a little sparse. And if you try to sit around the play area, you do feel like you're in the children's way. Upon entering, I wasn't sure this place would be entertaining for my child but it worked out. There's a lot of different areas they can to and play. I just didn't like how things were jumbled around. I honestly get that it's a kid's play area but things were kind of just thrown everywhere... I'm sure it is better on days with less children. Bathrooms were clean... a lot of the toys (although scattered) weren't broken or beat up and although I was bored here myself, it did seem entertaining enough to smaller children. My main issue was the constant humming or noise of a loud suction vacuum. I wish I knew what this contraption was called but it's a large suction that sucks up the scarves through a maze then blows the scarves up in the air in the end. It was on the entire time and although I tried to ignore it, it really was bothersome to me at least. Upon leaving, my child even griped about it once we got in the car stating, "loud in there." The price is $14 and I'm not sure if there's a time limit but with that fee, they do offer your child a snack and a take home activity upon leaving. Good enough way to stay out of the heat and off screen time but likely better to come here when it's not crowded. read more

Had my son's birthday here and everything went so smooth and was perfect! We did the DIY option and I brought lots of decorations. They helped me set up everything I brought without even having to ask where anything went. There are even hooks already on the wall, so placing the balloon garland only took a few minutes. My son and all of his friends had such a fun time with all of the play areas. My favorite part was that they clean and pack everything up so you don't have to lift a finger! It was awesome. It's pretty big with lots of space for kids and adults. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone! read more

Nice little place for our 2 yr old son to come play for the afternoon. When we got here, it was empty and after 30 minutes the crowd started pouring in. So depending on the time, it can get crowded. Nothing was in its place the areas they had had were completely empty and you had to go search for things . Eilis was such a great help, when we arrived she had everything set up and ready to go and helped us set up food and a few decorations we had brought. Once that was done Eilis suggested an itinerary to follow which I agreed would be the best that way the kiddos could get the most play time. All my guest, adult and children had such a blast! We've played at several locations and never been told to leave because the play session is timed. We only played for 1 hour, but paid the same price for unlimited play at other locations. They do this to pick up in between play sessions, but I've seen other locations have more than 1 employee picking up during the play sessions to keep the place neat, allowing kids to play as long as they'd like as long as there's space. This location should do the same, and until then, I won't be returning. Such a rip off. read more

Came here today with a friend and her son. We have both been here several times and had great experiences... even during Covid, when situations were not ideal at all. Anyway, we arrived today not knowing you had to make a reservation, which is fine, but there was hardly anyone here, and the girl working would not budge on extending the time at all. Both boys were excited to come here, so we went ahead and paid $15.16 for 1 hour (actually 50 min). The girl working was not personable at all, literally did nothing except play on her phone the entire time, and told us we needed to leave so she could clean right at 2:00 on the dot... not even sparing 1 second. You'd think one would be just a bit accommodating or at least friendly, to keep families coming back, but she clearly does not care. As an owner, I'd want to know if my business was ran this way, hence my review. I don't foresee us returning, which is disappointing. read more

I was slightly concerned when we walked in that there wouldn't be enough to keep her entertained but I had to pull her out after 2 hours, she loved it! Such an amazing place! Went here for the first time and when I walked in it seemed slightly chaotic (I did go on a Friday mid morning which I know is a popular time!) with so much going on in such a small place but this PSM is run beautifully. The lady working was efficient and helpful (along with the manager). Toys/play areas were constantly tidied and toys spread back to where they did not all end up in one place. There are multiple activities offered (from play areas set up, coloring, painting, creating slime ($7) etc. My 4 year old fully enjoyed the 2 1/2 hours we stayed there - and this place is great as there is not a limit of time like I have seen at other indoor playgrounds. More positives compared to some other indoor playgrounds : There is not a fee for adults to enter and your kid can pick out a snack at the end! read more

We just went today with my 19 month old, and it was a great place! It's a good place for all ages. Everything was clean, and they have something for everyone. My son gets bored very easily, and he did not want to leave after an hour and a half. He was stimulated the entire time by something new. Right now, you have to make reservations due to COVID19, but usually, it's a just walk in for free play type of place. I haven't found anything else like this in the Katy area. I HIGHLY recommend! read more
