The girls working there were very friendly and nice and offered samples. The electric mermaid bowl was delicious as well as aesthetically beautiful. Though I was sad to find out later on it's 700 calories, haha (though that's a franchise thing not a local thing) but to be fair it's very filling and I didn't finish it in one sitting. There's lots of seating and it's at a prime location just off the boardwalk near the rides.

Because their Matcha Drink was just wrong all the way. Hello, I am writing to request a refund for a matcha smoothie I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the drink was extremely acidic and tasted unpleasant. After trying it, I attempted to call the store but no one answered the phone. Since I could not reach anyone, I went back to the store in person with the drink still nearly full. When I arrived, the two employees working informed me that they were unable to process refunds and that I would have to contact someone through email. I found this very unprofessional. As a customer, I should not have to leave the store, send an email, and wait an unknown amount of time for a resolution, especially when the product was brought back immediately and was still full. Additionally, there was no phone number provided for a manager or general manager, leaving me with no direct way to address the issue. I am requesting a full refund for this purchase.
