Assuming the order was mine, I took the bag and left. As soon as I got into my car, I received a phone call from someone who I believe was the manager, stating only that I had taken the wrong food. I immediately returned to the store and handed the bag back. The manager explained that it belonged to the other customers who had been waiting. He then asked me if I had opened the bag, which I had not--I had only just reached my car when I received the call. The other customers looked through the bag and said they would still take the food. Throughout this interaction, the manager did not apologize or take accountability for the mistake made by his staff. I was left standing there feeling as though I had done something wrong, and the situation made me uncomfortable, especially with the way the other customers were looking at me. I understand that mistakes happen, and I'm not upset about the mix-up itself. What was disappointing was the manager's lack of professionalism, communication, and apology. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

At the time, I was gluten intolerant and there really weren't any food options for me to choose from. I was quite disappointed at that and went home super hungry. The drinks were fun, but a little to sweet for my liking and the coffee in it wasn't super great. If I come here again, I'd ask for a little less sweetener added to my latte. I hope there are more gluten free options in the future and that the lattes aren't too overly sweet in the future too.

I noticed they also have paninis made from the waffles like The Hangover which is pork roll and cheese, or The Joey which crispy bacon and cheddar cheese. Yum! We tried their sweet cream cold brew and nitro cold brew, both solid choices. We also tried something fun ~ a frozen, vanilla affogato to-go in a popsicle sleeve. Honestly so innovative for beach-goers and those that want a pick-me-up on the move. Also perfect to throw in your cooler for the shore. Ice cream so good that this Iceberg could have taken down the Titanic. The Death by Chocolate flavor is delightfully creamy, rich, and decadent. S'mores flavored desserts are among my favorite, and Iceberg's approach makes all of the flavor notes outrageously apparent. Graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow swirl was obvious in every bite for an in-your-face campfire S'mores experience. All of the other flavors I sampled were great, including the fruitier flavors that I don't typically gravitate towards. An absolutely wonderful staff is what takes Iceberg over the top. Super friendly with generous samplings. As an ice cream place should be! Ice cream is all about smiles and happiness. I have to shout out Jordyn & Presley as scoopers of the summer. Not only did they scoop the ice cream high and give recommendations with a smile, but their customer service and person-ability made our night.
