I can tell you as an unlimited member now for two years, my first thought couldn't have done Glow any less justice. Firstly, there's much more than "just hot yoga" (aka Power Flow), the studio offers Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow, and Foundational Classes (great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis to improve their practice). However, as a Power Fow enthusiast myself, I can be the first to tell you, I never get "bored" of doing the "same thing". Glow's Baptiste style yoga is a moving mediation, a different experience in your body everyday you practice, and a distinct vibe with every instructor who leads you. Glow is more than a great place for sweat or stretch, it's a place where you're greeted with smiling faces, can find community, and walk through the doors as you are and leave feeling better than you did coming in. I go everyday not only because I get to go, but because this place has become an integral part of my self care -- both physical and mental.

Class was $25 drop in and $5 for mat rental (came from out of town but otherwise would have brought a mat) for 75 minutes (~60 minutes more intense with a warm up and cool down stretch time for the rest. Had me sweating, engaging my muscle groups, and feeling refreshed by the end. There is also a cafe with coffee and smoothies plus a shop with exercise fits and yoga mats/towels for sale. Neatly curated. I was a bit surprised the class was led by an instructor who just dictated the flow rather than demoed the flow. Probably fine for those familiar but a bit in accessible for newbies. Usually like when instructors demo the movements and also offer alternates to make a position more advanced or more beginner friendly to meet different needs. I think that would be a nice way to improve the class but otherwise it was a good class.

I placed my order around 5PM and they did take some time before they made it so IDK if they had an after work rush. I wasn't in a huge hurry so this was no problem. They were kind enough to call to tell me they were out of pomegranate juice and offered me an alternative, and upgraded me to a large, which was sweet of them. I also ordered a large smoothie bowl. (Love a smoothie bowl!) I got mango and raspberry with assorted fruit on top. No picture, because the to-go packaging damped down its full glory. The fruit tasted very fresh and was refreshing. Loved the blend. I got a mango juice - first sip wasn't as sweet as I initially expected, but overall it had a nice flavor. It was a bit pricey, and I did find one or two big chunks of ice in both. Do love the variety of fruit and menu options, so I will likely order again.

The staff was very nice and I love the fruit display inside! I got the tropical smoothie and my son got the chocolate, both delicious! The chocolate smoothie also had banana and I tasted peanut butter but not 100% sure if there was peanut butter. I would love another smoothie!

At the counter they have a case of baked goods, I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll, but my partner found it too dry. The employees were super nice, which is always a plus at a business where customizing your order is part of the process. I will say that the pu-er tea late that I ordered was very weak. Even with a cinnamon brown sugar flavor shot it felt lacking. They sell a large variety of loose leaf teas, shirts, granola, and other goodies. For those who are religious, they have a prayer board where you can write prayers and hang them up. If I was going off just aesthetics the place looks great, but the tea was lacking, and the cinnamon roll only appeased 1 out of 2 people so I think I'm forced to give it a 3 out of 5.

There are local things for sale by crafters, as well as a lot of religious references in decor. I am not sure if that is just the time of year. There are a lot of loose leaf tea options, and you can buy them brewed or not, also breakfast and baked goods. Today I picked up a "Bonfire Babe" Tea Latte with sugar free chocolate chip cookie dough syrup and a cinnamon roll. I personally felt that my tea, although tasty, was weak and mostly flavored by the syrup although even that was on the lighter side. The cinnamon roll in my opinion was dry and not very fresh unfortunately. It may have been an off day.
