Beyond my expectations!!!!!! I'd double the stars if I could! 1. Customer Service: Family owned for 30 years. Mother and daughter at front desk made me feel "at home"! The professionalism mixed with sociability was priceless. 2. Although my money clip was a small job, they recognized how important it was to me. They brought it back to their engraving machine and said it will work, however cannot be responsible if there is damage to the product due to the quality. I thanked them for the explanation. They would email me when the job was done. 3. I told them my son will be leaving for Iraq next weekend. They said, no problem. They will make it happen. 4. Two days later, I received their email saying it was ready for pick up. 5. Their workmanship made the money clip appear 100 times more expensive. The wording was exact and the font they chose to use was perfect! Make this your one and only place to have your engraving done. And I'm more than sure that the other types of workmanship would also be "beyond your expectation". read more

My fiancé and I needed a jar we already had engraved for our wedding and it came out perfectly! At first, I was shopping around via yelp to get quotes and the Player's Choice staff responded within the hour with a quote. We went later that day to drop off the jar and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We dropped the jar off on a Monday and scheduled to pick it up the following Tuesday. I received an email 2 days later saying our order was ready early. When I went to pick up the jar, the associate at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch her name) was extremely nice and personable. The employees there are extremely knowledgable and are all very cheerful aside from one, who despite being perpetually crabby is charming in their own way. I'd give them the highest recommendation possible, my only real disappointment is that they don't do carpentry because I need more shelf space so I can buy more trophies from them. They took the time to show us several different options which I didn't expect. Our glasses has some existing flaws so the engraver sent us a photo in the middle of the process to show us the issue, and everything still came out great. Excellent service! read more
