Price right, quality material, and friendly service. Not to mention the quickest turnaround time I've ever experienced with embroidery.

The WORST customer service ever. There store is closed most weekends, they don't pick up the phone, the voicemail says don't leave a voicemail, they don't answer emails. They forgot to do my order, I finally got a hold of them a week after it was do. They didn't even apologize they forgot my order. They didn't give a discount and try to make up for it. The quality of the embroidery was good though. Too bad I had such a bad experience, I won't be a return customer and need to find a new place. read more

Dropped off some jackets to be embroidered on 3-21. During that time, they never contacted us or reached out. We dropped by twice to inquire what was happening. They said "we will email you this week". Never emailed, called or reached out. Finally, after all the lies, we picked up the jackets on 5-20. They then tried to tell us that we only dropped off 2 jackets. We dropped off 3. 2 to be Embroidered and 1 as a template. Finally gives us the 3 jackets. Said "sorry we couldn't help you " I hate to write negative reviews. However in this case, be forewarned. I hope we are the only people they treat this way. 12.13.2017 I searched for an embroidery place to put names on six stockings for a gift to a family. I found this place close to home and figured I'd give it a try. I didn't know of any other place locally. I chose the font and thread color and prepaid for my order. My order took about 6 days, only 1 day earlier than the one week estimate they gave me. Everything turned out nice and the employees were friendly. But the price of $10.00 per stocking is what gave me a jolt. I'm not sure if that's the average price or not. This was the worst experience we have ever had! We dropped our order off and they told us 1 week. A month later we called and they said they would get our order done that day. We went to pick them up and they handed them back to us blank! They never added the logos! He then said we can't do this. How hard is it to add a patch to a hat? From embroidered hats to shirts printed on this new awesome machine that prints impressively clear photos they have you covered! Iv also had company shirts screen printed and jackets embroidered with the same level of quality and care to make sure they deliver a product that will last for years to come. There's a reason I've only ordered from this place twice. Each time they get my order wrong and each time they are unapologetic about it. So frustrating!!! As much as I like to support local Tustin businesses, this one does not take pride in their work and doesn't bother to make things right. The order I asked for was to have something embroidered. Instead I receive it heatpressed. Instead of trying to make it right, he basically said that there's nothing he can do about it. What bothers me the most is the attitude he had after he made the order incorrectly. This is why I would never use this business again. I've learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I recently took a warm up jacket to get embroidered- it turn out well & they were quick! I started to come here last year to have about 2 dozen jackets embroidered- they did a great job on all of the jackets. I'm very pleased with the outcome-cost & turn around time. read more

Overall lack of communication and commitment Dropped off two sweatshirts in January 2023 to have patches screened on. Brett said they'd be completed in 7-10 days. I never heard from Brett so called in April. He said that he was out for two weeks. I just picked them up four months later and they had not been completed. Will find someone else. read more

The end of November I took a blanket/throw to I initial to have Greek letters embroidered on it for a Christmas present. They were super friendly and helpful when I arrived. This local merchant is community oriented and accommodating . i recently had over 100 T shirts and Polos shirts produced and i was very pleased with the work and turn sound time, the attention to detail and making sure my design my correct was everything i could want. This is a small business with a small staff, so be patient and make sure you provide them with all the details they request (shirt style, design,etc..) and they will give you a realistic delivery date. If you want next day service on large production, then go somewhere else because they are concerned about getting your job right. I Initials has ALWAYS done a first rate job with an ontime delivery record that beats all the competition. I always loved their policy that they would imprint on to 1000 shirts with no set limits which made their work applicable to large choir apparel, small ensemble outfits and single items. Being busy is not an excuse to push a customers order and not deliver what was promised. I Dropped off an item to have my son's name iron on-pressed, a couple days was promised as a turn around time where I would be notified. 2 weeks later no phone call. I came in today for what I thought would be a pick-up. My item was not even touched. The man that helped me was so rude and didn't even care or show any empathy to the fact that he failed to deliver what was promised. He wanted me to wait 45 minutes so he can rush it through. When I asked him how this was acceptable his response was we are very busy. Completely unacceptable and these mom and pop shops have to over exceed in customer service to survive our growing markets. We choose we're we spend our money and this is not a place that is at all reliable or feels that delivering to their customer is something to strive for. I made a request for a rush order by email on 10/18. A reply to my email to confirm the order was never sent to me. I called a few days later and the person on the phone confirmed that they had received my email. Again, I asked about the rush order and the person on the phone stated they would look into it.They never called me back and and I then sent a subsequent email. A follow up email or phone call has not been made by iinitial. I understand if it was not possible to fulfill my request, but a response on their part would have been greatly appreciated. This is what happens when there is no credible competition in the area. A business like this gets clients in spite of really poor customer service. First visit: they were not open, despite their posted hours saying they were Second visit: they were not open, sign on the door said special hours due to holiday season (it was the week after Xmas). I understand this; however, they did not update the hours on their voicemail. I called before I drove over. Third visit: dropped off my shirt Fourth visit: came to pick it up, not ready Fifth visit: I was assured it would be ready, came in...not ready Sixth time: I called and was told not ready again. Seventh time: I picked it up Yes, the pricing was very reasonable. I would have paid double what they charged me. And Brett, the owner, offered to do my next job for free if I needed it (5 characters embroidered). That was nice as he understood they screwed up. And finally, they didn't do the job correctly. I requested ", '15" and they did " '15 " Not a big deal, but I requested the comma. I noticed it when I picked it up and it just wasn't worth the trouble of leaving the shirt with them again. It was a BAD experience. Worst of all is that they don't respect the time of their customers. You post your hours for a reason. You complete an order when quoted or you call your customer to save them the trouble of driving over and it not being ready. Will not be coming back. read more

I went in there some months back to inquire about an order that I wanted. My niece was going on a new team so I never gave them her #... then I get a call telling me my order was ready to pick up. I was a little confused but went in anyway. They had a # that wasn't her number. Had No idea how they got that number since there was no number on the order form.
