I highly suggest going here. With the summer heat and having been 8 months pregnant, I had to get my 3 year old somewhere to run around. So we did toddler time during the week a few weeks in a row. Nice place with a decent assortment of games. It's not a cheap place to entertain kids but nowhere is anymore. We were passing through on a trip and I needed a place to entertain my early teen kids for a couple hours. We accomplished that and they said they enjoyed it. Will we be back? This place is AMAZING!!! Being our first time there we were greeted by the owners who shared their story with us. Right off the bat we had a great feeling. When you visit mom and pop businesses ran by people that were once dreamers have more times than not turned into strapped, over worked owners barely holding on especially in a pandemic. However not these two you could tell they loved their place and had passion for making family memories. We spotted these owners doing exactly what they ask their employees to do all day and jumped in to every position. Every employee we encountered was phenomenal. Food was great(we also enjoyed an establishment for this nature that allowed alcohol), everywhere you looked you noticed yet another perfectly thought out use of space, everything was spotless which is incredibly tough having dozens of children running around. I know am rambling but truthfully we haven't been to establishment like this in a long time if at all. Sure you can go to places like monkey Joe's, Chuck E. Cheese, Kokomo Joe's etc all have similar attractions but I guarantee you will not get the hospitality, quality and entertainment for EVERY age that this place has at those other places. Overpriced, went to the previous location it was decent. We live right down the road of the new location, it's brand new Figured we take the kids for something fun to do. The price for the packages is expensive for what you get, you get bonus money on your card- then get charged 1 dollar per card to activate. The games are overpriced, the so called "jump area" which I mistakenly didn't observe before buying bracelets is stuffed with the same old inflatable slides . About 60 dollars later, and probably exhausted from the 3 or 4 games they played the kids were bored out of the mind- I knew as soon as we entered the "jump" zone there's only so much fun 1 can have on an inflatable farm animal. This place is amazing! Super clean and well managed. The pictures don't do it justice, you need to come see for yourself. It's SO BIG inside! Plenty of comfortable seating and space to work while the kids play. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and it was out fast and tasted awesome! Bar service was quick and drinks tasted great! 1. I don't like that they have jump sessions, we walked in 45 mins after one started and had to wait 1 hr. & 45 mins for next jump session. 2. I bought soda cups and asked for a water cup, they said to use my soda cup. They said people would fill "water cups" with soda. Then same young lady gave another family water cups. Kids drink Pepsi and Pepsi was out all night. 3. Jump area too small that my 5 year old was hurt 3 times!!!!!! 4. Salad bar is 3.99 cheap right? It was empty all 5 times I walked to it. 5. Bought cookies, sugar ones were good, chocolate ones were hard as a rock! I went to buy more and told them so they can remove them, and they didn't bother to return my money but charged me for the second batch of sugar cookies I bought. They need to figure out some other small issues on game points. If you don't have enough it's smart that they let people pay out of pocket for their 99 cent toys. I can say more. Not a bad place for kids to play. The prices are reasonable and the staff is decent. It is a fun little place for kids to hang out and just chill. Combined with the arcade games and the rollerblading it's a good weekender for parents. The cheese pizzas is pretty decent and the chicken tenders aren't bad either. The one thing I do not like about this place is that they charge parents and entrance fee when parents are just watching the kids. Went to Playtime Party Center on 12/21/2018 at the new location. We have not been in a while but have always really enjoyed going often to the old location over the last few years since moving to Wentzville. It was recommended to us by many other families as a fun place to go that is local and CHEAP. That is a magic word to me. Everything costs so much these days it was a really affordable place for a large family to go and spend several hours, especially on those rainy days. This was a place I always recommended to families new to the area or that were just visiting from out of town. I have to say that although the new location is really nice and they added some fun attractions for older kids, the one thing that will keep us from going regularly is the PRICE. It is definitely not cheap anymore. To only enjoy the playground and bounce area, the cost went from $5 to $12.99. Nearly triple to cost. All the other attractions are individually priced or you can do packages. One of them is a 2 hour unlimited pass that allows you to do everything there for 2 hours. This includes laser tag, mini bowling, rock wall, and arcade for $29.99. This is very expensive if you have a big family but on the other hand seems to be the only one that is worth the price. However, your kid cannot play anything that wins a prize and you don't win any tickets for any of the games. My daughter had so much fun with her friends for their birthdays and I'm super grateful that she got to go and play but I felt terrible about the cost. With these prices this is only be a scarce splurge.....maybe ‍, but probably not. Very disappointed in the price hike. Would not recommend. read more

The date, April 24th, my wife's family came in full force for our nephews birthday. We had a private party room next door to another large party for a child in the room next door. I'm talkin hectic, kids crying, adults crying, happy birthday being sang the whole nine. Not only did the young lady appointed to our room handle it flawlessly she handled it like she had been in the trenches before now leading her team in the impossible task of making sure two separate 4 year old birthday parties are enjoyable. Even the kid who really didn't want to be In the Henry hippo costume crushed it because even though they didn't want to be in that suit they got it in it anyway and delivered. Just all around a display of the hard amazing work the younger generation has to offer. I wouldn't only have Maggie lead my young persons birthday I would let her lead me to battle. We were disappointed to find that there were video games everywhere that were expensive to play, over and above the entry fee for three playground. The kids quickly lost interest in the playground and only wanted to play video games. Would have preferred a higher entry fee for the playground and not have all the video Games around. read more

This place is decent, but the "jump sessions" make things confusing and I often end up going to Kokomo Joe's instead because I know we won't be left with only 10 minutes and jump session. It just seems like unnecessary regulation. Great bosco sticks, horrible pizza, and they charge you for everything. I'm suprised there's not a pay feature on the toilets. The main poblem is their food. Our kids are not hugely picky, but there is not much at this place they will eat. Not even the hot dogs, I mean how do you screw up a hot dog? If you do a party and want cake, you have to buy theirs, which is of course awful. They will not allow outside cakes or cookies which is really a major mistake on their part. We have three kids and the oldest is thirteen and his cakes still have a theme. Basicallly these guys lose a lot of business because of their greedy atmosphere. They charge everyone admission - even if all you do is sit on the bench and watch your kids. There was an OVERWHELMING scent of Pine-sol when you walked in the door. Then I took my child in the bathroom, and wished for the Pine-sol scent to be back - it just reeked in there. You have to pay extra for the video games, the skating, and the food. The admission price is just for the play structure tubes they crawl through. The pizza was just okay - not inedible, but definately not something I'd ever go out of my way to buy. They also have no one watching the door, which isn't visible at the seating area - the one nearest the door was closed off and there were video games in the line of sight from the other area. That made me uncomfortable. If someone wanted to grab a child, you'd never see it. My kids did enjoy the tubes and the video games, which is why this review isn't a one star. read more

Top notch place for rentals of bounce houses! We rented for our daughter's 5th birthday and they arrived about an hour and a half early to set up. Awesome! We got our full 4 hrs plus the extra time without having to pay extra. It was so good we just rented again and our time was set for 1-5 pm. They arrived at 10am for set up. Again completely awesome and definitely worth the money. So if you are renting a bounce house of any variety definitely go with them you will be greatly rewarded! read more

Rack up a bill... so you have to pay to even go in the pace even adults and then you have to pay additional fees to go into the bounce area. Games are pricey and limited. You have to pay a fee to get a card to put money on to use the games. read more

I have been to Playtime on multiple occasions - the cleanliness, staff courtesy, and quality of the food have gone consistently downhill in the last couple years. The prices to play the games are much higher than similar facilities, and there is an additional cost for admission, cost for "bouncing", cost for skating, etc..... And those charges even expire during your visit, and must be paid multiple times throughout an afternoon. And if you are near the end of a bounce "session", there is no discounted price, or extended admission into the next session. Price for admission into the bounce area only allows you to bounce for a limited time... Then you must pay for additional bouncing.... On top of paying for admission!!! We will not be back!!!!! read more

Playtime Party center has always been an exciting place for my son and I to go for an afternoon of fun. It is affordable and one of the cleanest facilities I have encounter since becoming a parent. They offer skating, a bounce house, and arcade style games, as well as a jungle gym type area for both young and teen sized children. The food is averagely priced and they have daily specials which make the fun for my son last longer. I highly recommend it! read more

The place was clean, the kids had fun...it did reak of urine on the slide area. However that is not my complaint. We spent over $45 and when I asked for water cups they told me they cost .25 cents each. I asked if they were serious and they said yes. I went back and got my purse, I only had a dollar left, I had spent $20 on tokens. I told the workers that I would be leaving negative reviews if I had to spend $1.00 on cups of water for my family after spending money there. They didn't care. I brought the water back to my table and was three cups short, so I grabbed 2 tokens and a quarter from the bottom of my purse. I asked for 3 more cups of water and they informed me that they only accepted quarters and not tokens, I couldn't believe they wouldn't give us water. She asked if I wanted her to call the owner. I said yes, I couldn't believe she didn't have the discretion to make a customer happy over .50 cents and to call the owner. I told her I would be happy to talk to the owner. She called the owner snd came back and told me..."No, the owner said, we will not take your tokens, you have to pay .50 for 2 more cups of water." I will never go back. We were visiting our old foster kiddos and this left a bad taste in my mouth. The owners need to learn how a negative experience can spread by word of mouth and how easy it is to empower an employee to make the right decision when it makes sense.
