    Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza!

We attended a mom/son night through school. It was great! Pizza was hot and fresh and they were so nice to give my son 2 replacement slices after he accidentally dropped his. No questions asked, it was really kind. We've been here before and food/drink and staff are always good and the place is always clean!

We love the Main Event all you can play pass. Right now they're doing a special. $15 all you can play bowling, laser tag, ropes course, and pool. They have an awesome arcade for kids. We could spend all day here

For starters, I did lots of review-searching before coming to this place despite the lower scores. We went on a Saturday afternoon the week of Christmas and it was poppin'. The website was confusing to me so I hope this helps: Fun card packages; Menu board in picture is for a daily pass per person otherwise you pay per section for the day per person. Behind the bowling shoes is where the fun card kiosks are. I would recommend not using cash as we had issues with not just one kiosk, but two, even with management and the help of Alex from shoes next to us. It took our cash and didn't count it correctly, thank goodness we had staff to watch it malfunction. We didn't realize until we got the hang of things that with laser tag, bowling, and gravity ropes you had to set up a time reservation. Laser tag was the best part. This section chose your teammates for laser tag and it was two stories. No running but it was definitely upbeat and fast moving with spots to hide behind. Gravity Ropes were a different experience! They put you in a harness on a fed rope to the above bars to walk on obstacles above the rest of the facility. It was scary! To finish the obstacle you shortly zip line to the end. Bowling was unlimited therefore once you get a table then you don't have to leave that spot until you're done. Shoes did cost extra per person ($5). Fun card was a swipe card to play VR, racing games, arcade games, and air hockey. Fountain sodas had unlimited refills and not overpriced with self serve soda machines. Full menu for food, though we didn't eat there. Lastly, Alex was helpful from start to finish after our kiosk incident and made a point to go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and welcomed back in the future.

What a great place for family time, date night or a night out with friends! This place is kid and adult friendly. They have a restaurant/bar area with a good food menu, bowling, arcade and even a ropes course in the rafters! It's a great spot to go and have some fun.

    Sad, ice cold LOADED FRIES

I met some friends here today. It was a rainy day, perfect for bowling. The bowling part is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one. That part was the usual. My review is based on the food, pricing, and service. It was a Monday afternoon, so we were some of the only few people in the place. At the front, she told us to go up to the bar and order food and they would bring it to us at our lane. So after a few bowling games, we went up to the bar to order food. This took away so much time from our game because there was only one bartender there and she was slow at making drinks and ringing people up. Two of us ordered loaded fries and a water. On the menu loaded fries were $9.99. When I paid my tab, it was $15.01. At first, I didn't really think much about it and we went back to a table. Our food took about 40 minutes to come out. Fries with queso, bacon, and chives and they're ice cold like they've been on a counter for 30mins. We ate it anyway because I don't want my food spit in. I stopped up at the bar to ask about my bill, and she told me it's $4.04 for a cup to drink water out of. This is mind blowing for a restaurant. We paid for an all day pass. We paid for food. There's a huge sign on the door that says no outside drinks, which is why I left my water bottle in the car. I don't drink soda and I didn't want to drink alcohol, so there really isn't much other option. If she had told me I was going to pay $4 for tapwater I would have told her never mind.

    Warm Skillet Cookie was great

Had a great time bowling for an hour and the food was good and came out quickly directly to our lane. But overall definitely needed cleaning as there was trash everywhere. It's a bit overwhelming if your group doesn't have any kids - the atmosphere is loud and bustling with children running around and having fun. So keep that in mind depending on your group! Food wise the cheesy breadsticks were the best, followed by the chocolate skillet, chicken nachos and dry spiced Cajun wings with fries. The honey bbq boneless wings were good but I'd probably get another sauce next time (maybe Nashville or honey sriracha).

    TWISTED PRETZELS

Came out to visit Main Event with my kiddos and friends. There was a crowd out the door, literally. However, once we got in the building there was a nice lady answering questions. I hear her say "you can go straight to the restaurant and someone will seat you. You can order food there as well as purchase playing cards at one of our kiosks." Umm, what?!? Why is there a line?!? So of course we go straight to the restaurant to be seated and literally purchased playing cards. That simple! Moving on to the food. There was one employee by the name of Cara who was working behind the bar. Keep in mind this place just opened at 11:00. She comes to our table and gets our drink orders and tells us to come up to the bar to order food when we were ready. Fair enough. So we did so. It took a bit to get food but it wasn't too long. Food was good. As I'm sitting there I see Cara getting slammed with customers. One after another. When I say she was the only one behind the bar taking orders and making drinks and brining drinks to the tables I was blown away by her patience. I mean seriously. All I could think of was I hope her boss knows how hard she works under pressure. She also did it with a freaking smile . Now that is not something you see everyday. I hope she is getting paid nicely. Eventually, a couple more employees were on scene after awhile. Overall, Main Event was a great time. Tons of games, laser tag that is two levels, VR games, bowling, and so much more. My kids had a blast! The place was clean , areas labeled as far as what section of games you were in. The bathrooms were clean, and up to par. I will definitely be back.

During my first visit, I was not expecting much. I thought it would be really similar to Dave N Busters, but it was a lot of fun! There's unlimited bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, and billiards for one price. The bowling shoes are an additional $4.50 charge per person. They also have small specials on tokens. I think the best option is the $100 option. If you are just looking to play a few games and grab a bite, they have specials to purchase a game card and an entree! I would recommend this because then you don't have to pay the fee to get a new card. It's a much better deal and just enough for you to spend an hour or so there. After my first visit, I went back 2 more times. Each time, I think I spent about 5 hours there. Honestly, it's great for something to do on a random weekday or even the weekend. I love bowling and the competitive side of it, so I think that's where we spent more of our time. There's a lot of cool features on the bowling lanes, like bumpers for specific players and customizable pictures / colors / graphics on the scoreboard. The laser tag area is super fun, the games only last about 5 minutes, so I would just get the unlimited wristband to be able to go more than one. For the laser tag, you have to sign up for a slot to play. You may get paired up with a different group or if your group is large enough, you could just be playing with your own group. The vests are really neat and once you get into the arena, I would recommend getting far up top to get the most points. I haven't tried the gravity ropes because it closes around 10pm each night, and the bowling and laser tag was honestly the highlight of all of my trips. The games there are nice and nothing was broken yet (bashing some other arcade places). My favorite games are the basketball games, the duck claw (play until you win a duck), and the Wizard of Oz coin machine. The bubble blaster game is fun, please stop getting the high score xD As for the FOOD (cause this is a Yelp Review), honestly pretty decent. The wings were seasoned well and I devour fries, so they were all gone. The burgers were great. The only thing is that it can take a long time to order at the bar if you do go on a very busy night. The first time that I was there, there were two bartenders taking drink and food orders. It was a little hectic and a bit of a wait, but they were fantastic. I would much rather prefer ordering at the bowling tables (if they have the staff to do it). The area itself, definitely doesn't do well with phone reception. I have T-mobile and it wasn't doing so great. Try to hop on the wifi if you can. The playing cards, never had an issue. And at the prize center, never had an issue there. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Some of the staff members can be a little spoiled, one took our duck away from my cousin. That girl didn't put the best taste in our mouth after that. Overall, I would definitely go if you can be mindful of yourself and others around you!

The Neutral Zone is located inside Chesterfield Mall. If you are not familiar with the mall, it's important to know that it no longer functions as a typical mall. There are a few businesses still there, mostly providing entertainment (movie theater, pickle ball, The Neutral Zone, etc.), but besides the Cheesecake Factory, you will not have other places to grab food, etc. while there. We arrived to the Neutral Zone, gave our voucher info at the front desk, and headed into the arcade. There are several retro games there to play (Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Frogger, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, racing games, Dance Dance Revolution, and more) as well as two skee ball lanes (only one was working at the time). My husband and I enjoyed playing some games from our childhood and competing with each other to see who could remember how to play what. :) We enjoyed ourselves while there and played all the games we wanted to, but we didn't stay more than an hour to an hour and a half at most -- which was fine with us, but if you were paying full price ($19.95) it would have been disappointing. All in all, I found it to be a fun evening but not something we would probably return to very often. For the retro gamers out there, check them out -- or give them a go for something different to do with your significant other.
