Our guests had gotten a stain on it over the holidays and had wet it to get the stain out not realizing it was too big to be washed in our home washer/dryer. Using T + D drop-off/pickup service seemed like a great idea! Unfortunately, things didn't go well. We received this text (not a phone call) letting us know they had ripped the mattress pad. "Due to normal wear & tear there was a rip that occurred to the mattress protector that we noticed after the wash. You can come pick it up but we were not able to dry it. We will refund you the $15 that was charged to your card and will offer a 25% discount on your next order." No apology! No phone call! I called and asked them to please dry it and my husband would pick it up and I would repair it. They said no, it could not be dried because there were multiple big rips and it was not fixable. Again no apology! A California King mattress pad is quite expensive and all they offer is a 25% discount on my next service for ruining it. Never using their drop-off/pickup service again. Very disappointed! :(

It was middle of August and really freaking hot. They had no AC, and the place was pretty busy. I'm glad they have so many machines, and the machines vary in sizes so that you don't have to use bigger machines if you have a smaller load of laundry to do. The number of machines helped get in and out quickly. I did 6 loads of laundry in around 40 minutes. Just wish the AC was working as the 2 or 3 fans they had setup there were not doing much to keep it cool inside. You can pay with change there, or you can download the app and pay on there. I preferred that option as it was quicker and you didn't have to worry about dropping coins and chasing them. It did seem a little pricey to me, but maybe I just haven't been to a laundromat in a bit.

This was the second time this sweater was dry cleaned and was worn maybe five times. I called the dry cleaner and let them know I was not very happy and also the belt was missing and a small hole was in the sweater. He said I should check my closet??? Seriously?? So Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME. If they destroy your clothes they will claim it's not their fault, and will not rectify the issue.

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.
