We were customers for many years until recently. A shirt with snaps instead of buttons came back with a chest-high snap incapable of snapping closed. The shirt was just fine when we took it to be cleaned. They sent it out for repair and it came back not repaired. And then they refused to compensate us in any way for the $100 + shirt. Clearly, we will never use this dry cleaner regardless of their name. This is just not the way to do business, especially with a regular customer.

They're literally an inch too big around my waist. That's not how dress pants are supposed to fit. The same thing happened with the sleeves of the my suit jacket. They fit too long and look sloppy. They did some minor alterations but I now have a suit that still doesn't fit my body and does not have the tailored look the way it's supposed to. A complete waste of time and money. They do a fine job at the actual tailoring work, but their refusal to do what I requested suggests a high level of laziness & absolute disregard of the customer's needs. The lady also seemed very passive-aggressive in her tone. You would think people who tailor clothes for a living would know the importance of how clothes should properly fit. I brought a dress in this past December to be dry cleaned for an upcoming wedding. When I picked it up, I didn't try it on in-store, but when I got home, it was immediately obvious something was wrong the dress had clearly shrunk. The slip underneath the silk was visible, which was not the case when I dropped it off. I returned to the store right away and explained the issue. I was told they would "see what they could do," and initially that a claim could be submitted if it couldn't be fixed. Later, I was told it had been "fixed," but when I went back, I was discouraged from trying it on in-store and met with noticeable attitude. Eventually, I was allowed to use the bathroom to try it on, and while it was slightly better, the dress was still noticeably smaller and not the same fit. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and eventually connected with the owner, who was apologetic and told me to email him so they could process a claim. I did exactly that and followed up multiple times over the next 2-3 months via email, phone calls, and in-person visits. Unfortunately, I never received any further information or resolution. The only compensation offered was a refund for the cleaning services (about $35), despite the dress costing $300 and being effectively ruined. This was extremely frustrating, not just because of the damage to the dress, but because of the lack of accountability and follow-through. I tried to handle this reasonably and gave ample time for a resolution, but ultimately felt dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not return and would be hesitant to trust this business with valuable or delicate items.

I dropped off a custom jacket for a tailoring service and ... well, the quality is genuinely an embarrassment. the garment was dirty, had horrible stitching.This was the least of my worries, I still have time to take it to another place. What truly blew me away was the audacity of the women working there. My mother came to pick the jacket up and she got shooed away, they didn't want her taking photos and just wanted payment. Any question she asked, they pretended to not understand (the irony here is my mother's first language is not English and the woman at the front desk, who's first language was obviously not English either made comments about my mom's pronunciation.). I called about 11 times after finally connecting to someone, and she was actually in the shoprite next door scanning her grocerie. Super rude In general, acting as though she owned The place. They do a great job and are one of the cheapest cleaners around here. Most recently, I brought in two winter coats to be cleaned and it cost me $27. I regularly entrust them with both my bright white trench and my cream-colored pea coat and they always come back in perfect condition. The owner is very knowledgeable and offers honest advice/suggestions, even if it costs him business. For example, I brought in a leather belt after wearing it to a fish market. (It reeked. Ugh.) He suggested that rather than cleaning it, I just air it out for a few days to see if the smell went away naturally. Since I'd already tried it, I told him I still wanted it cleaned. They don't do their own leather cleaning; they send it out once a week. So he goes, "How much are you willing to spend to clean it? It may just be cheaper to get a new one." We agreed on a maximum price ($10) and he said that if it was going to cost more than that, he would just hang on to it and give it back when I picked up my other clothes. I moved to another town a few years ago, but I still make the drive to this cleaner because I trust them so much. Last thing: All of their cleaning is buy-one-get-one-half-off, so it's in your best interest to bring in two (or four or six ... ) items at a time.

With some machine malfunctions occurring with the washer at home I had to make an emergency run to…read moredo at least one load. I am NOT a fan of laundromats because typically they aren't clean. Well, let me tell you... I entered with my wipes and everything ready to scrub a machine before use and did they prove me wrong. I still used my Lysol wipes inside the bin (can't be too careful) but the areas for the detergent were sooo clean. I have NEVER seen this before EVER. I'm typical pouring with a prayer. I do think the prices are a bit high and they could increase the time on the machine. I've seen 8-10mins per quarter, they are giving you 6mins per quarter. Overall, I know where to go when there is another malfunction at home and I'm in waiting for repair.
