I brought in three items (a scarf, a sweatshirt, and a pair of pajamas) to be embroidered for my honeymoon. I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

And I wait, and I wait- mind you I need this blanket!! I call again. They never update the email. Now I'm really getting annoyed. I voice my frustration- I get an apology. Ok great- I'm told a week. Week goes by- nothing. Now I'm getting multiple texts saying they need my credit card information on file.... So that you can get in touch with me for?? Huh. Well- I had no intention of giving them my credit card. And I told them so and how dissatisfied o wax was their service and that I would pay when I picked up my blanket like any other service a customer would use. I went today- they automatically open the locker- note on the blanket "rejected ". THEY NEVER SERVICED THE BLANKET!!! Sooo I warn anyone not to use this dry cleaner EVER. I'll never go back and I hope other people will head my advice and find another business instead.

We tried talking to them during the process, but they were rude telling her to tell me to go in because a modesty panel was not doable. The seamstress that did my wedding dress made one beautifully and even added a zipper. Other places make them all the time. They are a low-skill alteration fix. The dress was fixed as best as possible by my new seamstress who is near me. Thank God I didn't bring them (Joshuas) my wedding gown! As you can see in the pictures, the dress fit crooked and the modesty panel? If you could call it that. Anyone could've done a better job. Overpriced and horrible work. Save your money!

Kelci, the Laundromat manager, promised to sort colors and whites, but even did better! Our order was a big jumble when it arrived, but Kelci beautifully sorted everything -- sheets and towels, pants, shirts, socks and underwear all placed in separate see-through plastic bags that made putting everything away so much easier than expected. Kelci was very modest about what she did for us, but her work was truly above and beyond. While we hope to avoid our pest problem in the future, when we need a Laundromat for any reason, we'll be back with Kelci and North End Suds!

I dropped my laundry off at about 12:30 PM on the fifth of July and they were able to get me my sheets the same day and all of my laundry the next day available at 9 AM. Super friendly staff and great service. Pretty quick turnaround for 17 pounds of laundry plus sheets on Fourth of July weekend. My wash and fold was $6.50 per pound so it was pretty expensive but the service was nice and great in a pinch.

They don't clean…read more They don't mark washers and dryers out that need to be marked out, and the bathroom always stinks and never has soap or hand towels. If you have an issue with any of the machines the morning staff will tell you it's your fault for not using your eyes, or that you did something wrong. The Asian lady is rude to children as well. Very uncomfortable and dirty environment when the afternoon lady isn't there. The afternoon lady makes up for it and I try to only go when she's there if I go at all anymore.
